Welcome to the Reel Deal! A Cinnamon Shore North Classic is a spacious 3-story 5 bedroom beach home perfectly prepared for a restful retreat, family reunion, or special celebration. Whatever your purpose for getting away, you are sure to find yourself enjoying a luxury ocean vacation. Situated directly across from the Dune Pool and adjacent to the fire pit and Great Lawn, you and your guest will not need to go far to find a place for some outdoor fun. Looking for the sand Turn right out thefront door and in 700 feet you will find yourself at the boardwalk where you can begin your stroll down the beach. If you want to sneak away for a quick cast of your rod the lake around the corner is stocked with fish waiting to be hooked.

AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: Enter from the charming front porch into a window-lined den under a tray ceiling and whirring ceiling fan. Dual sofas and a pair of chairs gather before a flatscreen TV in this cozy gathering spot that opens to the stylish kitchen and adjacent dining area. Sleek, subway tile forms the backsplash for a kitchen with contemporary lighting, Thermadore stainless appliances, and an expansive island with sink and seating for four. A rustic dining table seats eight for dinner or card games. A half bath serves the living area with style.

This whole living space opens onto a column-lined, outdoor porch with a round dining table, perfect for grilling out or casual lunches after time on the beach. The porch overlooks the grassy Great Lawn, where kids can play on the green.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: The second floor features three king suites, each with their own highlights. The first offers a comfortable king bed, its own wet bar, and French doors that open to a private balcony with a view of the Great Lawn. Barn doors slide open to reveal an expansive private bathroom. The second king suite has a private bath with shower/tub combo. The third king suite has an accent wall of shiplap, sliding doors opening to a gorgeous bathroom with double vanities and walk-in shower. This suite also has a wet bar, private balcony, and roomy closet. On the third floor, a fourth king-size suite, with soaring ceilings and its own balcony, has an air of privacy. There is even a bunk bed nook in the suite that is perfect for keeping younger kids close. From the top-floor balcony, enjoy a stunning, bird’s-eye of the Great Lawn and of the Dune Pool along with a glimpse of both the bay and the gulf sides of the island. A wet bar adds convenience to this top-floor escape, along with a private bathroom. The fifth bedroom is also on the third floor and is a perfect kids retreat! It has two sets of bunk beds, two large closets, a 65” flat screen TV, a small living space, an on-suite bathroom with a triple sink vanity, and a laundry room.

GREAT FEATURES: In addition to its proximity to the Great Lawn and Dune Pool, this home is just a short walk (700ft) to the dune crossover that leads directly to the beach and not far from Town Center, where live music and other family-friendly activities happen in peak season and holiday weekends. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 14, grandparents kids and grandkids, absolutely loved the perfect Cinnamon Shore home to gather together for a week of fun and sun! The house was so well appointed, comfortable and spacious for hanging out and have family dinners upon returning home from the beach or pools. The kids loved playing and sleeping in the bunk room and all the adults had their own relaxing retreats with king sized beds and special amenities. Even when a tropical storm came in, The Reel Deal was the perfect spot to stay indoors and still have room for all to enjoy a little downtime! The PERFECT location across the street from the Dunes Pool, right next to the Great Lawn and close enough for older kids to feel independent walking by themselves to the Town Center for snowcones, ice cream or candy. We ALL simply loved this vacation spot!
