Newly-constructed luxury home with sunrise ocean views

We loved the view ! The layout was perfect . A beautifully decorated home .

This beach house was spectacular! We had 6 adults and 6 kids and weren’t tripping over each other at all. We loved the balconies and side yard and close proximity to the beach. We would absolutely come rent this house again!

We had such an amazing stay at Sunrise Dreams! The house was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook and eat at the house, which was a plus for our family! Ocean views and sunrises off the middle and top balconies were gorgeous! We will definitely go back to this incredible property for future stays in Port A!

Gorgeous views from 2nd and 3rd floors, super comfortable beds, wonderful designer kitchen, comfortable and stylish furniture. Everything was just perfect and we can’t wait to return.

Wow! We stayed here for a long weekend and wished we didn't have to leave. The home had a lot of space for our large family and so many details were carefully thought of. We had 8 adults, 4 teens and 3 five year olds and we all had plenty of space to relax and also come together. The beds were super comfortable and showers were beautiful and roomy. The kitchen was large and stocked of all things we needed. There is also lots of seating with a huge table and stools at the bar. We also loved the outdoor seating areas and the 2rd and 3rd floor views are amazing! There was also plenty of parking in the front and back. Hope to return sometime soon!

Due to the construction next door it was quite loud daily starting at 8am. It didn’t really feel like a vaca, I wish I was informed of the condition before I rented this home.

House was very nice and spacious

Loved that I didn’t have to stay a mandatory 5 to 6 nights, like the similar competition next door. Also, it was less expensive per night. We still got beach access via golf cart or car and beach set up.

Everything was great. No issues. Loved the house. Hope we can return.

This house was very well appointed and decorated. It seems everything we needed, they had and then some. The spaces and floor plan were well thought out. Very comfy furniture, well stocked kitchen and appliances. The location was good and the surrounding construction was past the noisy framing stage, and unobtrusive. We would stay here again. Thanks

Sunrise Dreams is by far the nicest house we’ve stayed at in Port Aransas, and we’ve been coming for year's. The owners have thought of every luxury and detail to make this house perfectly relaxing and enjoyable. The Gulf views take your breath away, as well as the beautiful home decorations. Everything in this home was thought out, from the beach towels to the full set of dishes, spices and K cups. I tried to find something missing and I couldn’t! Each bedroom and attached bathroom is gorgeous. The best part about this house is your guest won’t feel like they got the bad room because every room is perfect. I’d highly recommend Sunrise Dreams!
