As you walk through this beautiful historic home that has been updated top to bottom, the table that seats 8, the island that seats 3 and full gorgeous kitchen beckon you to throw together something delicious! Please note, this home is lived in, so there WILL be food items. brThe huge sectional sofa, chair and cozy fireplace await family gatherings or late night movies. Upgraded appliances make the stay a dream.brYou can choose to go upstairs, or continue to the laundry room which then opens up to the patio area. The chairs and table are perfect for coffee, as well as the grill overlook a courtyard area with a cute French bistro set, which then overlooks the beautiful pool and hot tub! Lots of pool chaise loungers surround the pool, and then you step down into a gorgeous area with an 8 seating dining table, huge metal fire pit area, and a stone pizza oven and outdoor fireplace for those chilly nights making homemade pizza under the trees!brInside, the Primary King bedroom has doors that open up to that same patio, privately, along with a full beautiful primary bathroom, a big tub and big separate shower. (please note, the closet will be locked off with the owners items, and drawers have owners items in them as well)brbrA half bath is in the hallway before the stairs as well.brbrUpstairs is a huge game room ready with a big screen TV ready for movie night, pull out queen bed, and lots of space!
