MAIN LIVING SPACES: Enjoy impressive outdoor living spaces as well as a luxurious interior created with the comfort of all guests in mind and upscale furnishings throughout. A reverse floor plan puts the main living spaces – kitchen, dining, and living room – on the 2nd floor to take advantage of views. Make memories in a fresh space that encourages family time with its open, free-flow design.

The well-stocked kitchen offers stainless appliances; a 5-burner, gas stove; a handy, Samsung, convection microwave; a coffee maker as well as a Kuerig, and a Vitamix blender. A variety of stemware and serving pieces make entertaining easy, and you’ll find all the tools an inspired chef would expect. Feed a crowd at a dining table that expands with two leaves and seats as many at 10, while barstools at the kitchen island provide additional seating. These areas open into the living room, which features a 65” Smart TV and a comfortable, beautifully designed seating group with sofa and chairs.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: This home sleeps 10, and each bedroom offers en-suite bathrooms and 50” TVs, plus king-size beds and custom linens in every room except the cozy bunkroom with twin over full bunks. The gorgeous, 2nd-floor primary suite beckons as a serene retreat, with a large soaking tub and oversize, glassed-in shower in the sumptuous, tile-backed bathroom and a plush, king-size bed. The other three bedrooms, all on the first floor, are they’re serviced by a convenient kitchenette complete with a coffee maker, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

GREAT FEATURES: You and your guests will gravitate toward the beautiful outdoor porches. The large balcony in the back overlooks the Butterfly Garden and is anchored by an outdoor dining table for 10 and a Weber grill perfect for sunset-hour cookouts. In front, relax on the 2nd-floor coffee porch,” away from the morning sun, where you can sit in either of the comfortable seating areas overlooking the Great Lawn. Seaside Sojourn is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Seaside Sojourn the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's guests violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had sent a letter to management but did not get a response that was sufficient at all and that showed anyone cared. The home was not up to standards of the past especially with the cost that we pay. The alarm went off in the middle of the night, and maintenance would not respond. I have a lot more to say which was in my letter to management.

The location on the property is a perfect set up for families with young kids. Close to the pool. Direct access to the great lawn, not too close to the lakes (which can be a little unnerving with little kids). The only tiny suggestion I would make is for there to be a few more bath towels in the home... and possibly beach towels. This was the first rental we stayed at on property that did not have any beach towels and so we were unprepared!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year to stay in your home, and we have already booked it for next year! The location by the lawn and the beauty of the home make our vacation stay perfect. We did have to work on some maintenance issues... the plumbing in the master sink was stopped, but we got Drano and then Liquid Plumber. The lock was very hard to lock downstairs by the carport. I’m a realtor and can handle nearly any door, but this one needs some repair. Also, the washing machine upstairs made funny noises and sounded like it was not working properly. Other than those issues, the home is perfect and in the perfect place for our family. We can’t wait to visit again!

Had everything we needed, the kids loved sharing the bunk room and the master was so luxurious! The kitchen had all the cabinets labeled so it was easy to find what you are looking for. The location was great, easy walk to everything! We didn’t end up renting a buggy since it was so convenient to walk everywhere. We will definitely be coming back!
