Not only is our home lakefront it is an “East Facing unit which allows you to use the deck in the evening all summer long without the scorching sun in your eyes or the blistering heat that makes many decks unusable during the summer months. You will have amazing lake views during the day and tranquil relaxing views at night. We have a double-decker deck with one deck off the living room and one upstairs off the master bedroom (with a spiral staircase down to the lower deck). Our main lower deck is covered and furnished so you will enjoy grilling, eating dinner here, or just relaxing with a cold drink while you watch the water activities in the cove (stand up paddle, jet skis, and boats). We have outdoor table seating for 6 and a super comfy outdoor couch so plenty of seating for your entire group. When we are in town we spend most every evening out on the deck and we bet you will too! brbrIf you plan to bring a boat and/or jet ski … or if you rent them from LBJ Yacht Club and Marina. Please message us for details. We have a boat slip directly in front of our townhome that you can use.brbrPopular fishing cove! This is where all the bass boats come for prime fishing. Our son has caught some beautiful bass from our dock! You get to pull up a chair and throw your line in! brbrThe living room offers amazing lake views with the over-sized picture pane windows overlooking the lake. Our house is located in a cul-de-sac that backs up into a green belt in a very quiet neighborhood where you will be able to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We worked hard to make sure our guests would enjoy it as much as we do.brbrThe patio has several sitting areas. A large fire ring with 8 chairs to sit around and enjoy making some s’mores or just hang around. There is also a round table that sits 8 people to eat or play some board games. The last is a small sitting area on each side of the duplex next to the grill with a swing to enjoy and relax. brbrYou would be enjoying both sides of the duplex for you and your party. On one side you will walk in to all windows from floor to ceiling that would let you enjoy every moment of the outdoors even when inside all trough the living room with a comfortable couch, two large chairs a 65 inch Smart TV and dining area for 6 on each side. The new kitchens are well stocked with everything that you need for your getaway, from coffee maker to instapot. The downstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combo and the laundrie room in it. The is a pool and hot tub for relaxing. There are 3 kayaks and 2 paddleboards available for use. Life jackets are required on the lake, a few are provided. We suggest you bring your own life jackets, especially for children. The slip is available for 2 jet skis. Because we are at the end of the cove, the water is about 3 feet deep and not great for swimming. Just 200 feet and you have unlimited swimming in the main lake. There are jet ski rentals nearby. It is against HOA Rules to park trailers at the house. Trailer parking is available at LBJ Yacht Club for $15 a night, a 5-minute drive from the home. brbrHorseshoe Bay is just around the corner.
