The best sunset on the lake!

A lot of effort has been completed toMake the condo comfortable. Great info from owner prior to trip, liked the available coffee, spices, balcony, linens, kirchen , etc. Enjoyed watching duck with ducklings and turtles. would be helpful for TV remote instruction's could not get to live TV but did not need to view much, husband in shower and large bath wash bottle was empty but plenty elsewhere Will probably not be back to this area as restaurants were expensive and meals not well prepared so even a great view did not matter. Really liked Marble Falls shopping and Olio’s was our favorite Suggest night light plug in as the condo is very dark

Checked into the condo for a Thanksgiving weekend in the Hill Country with our friends. The space was comfortable and clean with a great location in the resort.

This condo was perfect for a spur of the moment getaway! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the beautiful sunset, walks around the resort and the ideal location, close to Marble Falls Main Street, great restaurants, drives in the hill country and seeing all the deer in the neighborhood. Condo was super clean and David was a great communicator from the get-go. Would definitely recommend this relaxing spot to anyone!

This condo is exactly as described and was very relaxing. The whole place was very clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful (favorite place to hang out). Host provided excellent instructions and was responsive if we had a question; check-in was a breeze. We appreciated the extra details provided in the email on places to eat and sight seeing. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals, Keurig & regular coffee pot provided (just bring your k-cups or coffee grounds), bathrooms had plenty of towels, closets had extra linens and blankets; grill (propane) provided on balcony along with plenty of seating for awesome views of LBJ lake. A quick walk down one flight of stairs and you can swim right off the dock (ladder attached). We were within walkable distance (5 to 7 min) to the Marina and rented a boat and sea doos (call in advance to reserve). The Waterfront Bar & Grill is right next to Marina. Restaurants in Marble Falls right outside of Horseshoe Bay Resort are all very close by. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely book this place again.

The property was easy to find and access. The furnishings and beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the patio area and watching activities in the Lake.

Very responsive host. Good up front communication and follow-up. Very clean place, comfortably furnished, well stocked and well maintained. Beautiful views onto the lake at sunset.
