Beautiful view, peaceful location. Our teenage boys were entertained the entire trip with things to do on the lake! We Will definitely be coming back!

You can't go wrong with this property on the water. It was very clean. We only used the 2 ensuite bedrooms. These are older condos, but these owners have kept the place up. The outdoor cushions were the only thing that needed replacing. Ken & Suzanne are very helpful and accommodating.

We had a great stay. The Horshoe Bay Resort was amazing for our family of 6.

Everything was perfect. I have been to Horshoe Bay many times and this experience was the best. Super convenient and the hosts have a list of alot of good things to do!

We basically just slept there but it was nice, right on the water with comfortable beds.

Perfect spot on the water -my teens caught fish and loved their loft. We enjoyed the TV on the patio and made a great steak dinner while we watched Ryan Seacrest ring in the new year. Very comfortable with king beds, we will be back!

Host was welcoming, responded timely to resolve a pool gate badge issue, amenities were plentiful and in good condition, would recommend and stay again if given another opportunity to travel into hill country area.

Quiet community. Very relaxing. The host was very helpful providing lists of local activities and restaurants.

Super clean and well stocked for days we stayed. We didn’t understand the thermostat setting system and within hours someone was at the door to help us! Loved the decks. Tv channels were all we could want for. Furniture was clean, well kept. Safe environment, so walking was pleasant.

This house was amazing. The view was beautiful. Very clean and easy to get to. We used this for an offsite meeting and we were able to have access to everything HSB has to offer.

Suzanne was a very good communicator and we really appreciated it. Everything was seamless.

Communication with the host was outstanding. Location was perfect-nearby to everything Horseshoe Bay has to offer. We caught fish right off the dock! We would definitely stay here again.

The place overall was great. It was a bit warm when we checked in but the units had caught up by the evening. The 3rd bedroom, has a ladder to get to it so young kids probably not a great idea. It also has a 2 1/2 baths. One at the base of stairs 1st floor and one in the bunk bed room at the top of the ladder. Great location and the host was always available for questions. The covered back porch was great as it covered you from the sun and great for early morning coffee and or late night card playing.

Property was exactly as advertised, with likely a better view than comes thru on the pictures. Perfect location in relation to activities in Horseshoe bay. All the local pools were awesome. Putt putt was a hit. Very quiet area which was much appreciated. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Our family completely enjoyed our stay, mindful though of the serious weather tragedy that happened on the Texas rivers on the 4th of July and the loss of life. While getting some quiet, comfortable time off we made sure to pray for and hope for the families that endured those events. We were thankful for our hosts' insight and advisement about the conditions around the community and what to be careful of during our stay. The hosts were extremely communicative and responsive to us and those along with the property itself, the convenience in location and the memories we made will bring us back!

What a great getaway. Everything was exactly as listed. The host provides great information on things to do and places to go in the area. Our boat was 10 steps away from the patio. The host made sure we knew they were available if needed. Can’t wait to go back as we visit the area twice a year

We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located townhome in Horseshoe Bay. It is nicely situated on a quiet little cove (even on a holiday weekend), with a great view. When we were at the place, we spent most of our time on the comfortable covered patio enjoying the lake breeze and staying shaded from the sun. The outdoor table was great for breakfast, coffee, cocktails, games, and visiting. The pool is so close and a beautiful area to relax. Our host was great and very responsive with any questions. This is a great place to be centrally located to all the great things to do at Horseshoe Bay!

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend, it is easy to get to but far enough out of town in a GEORGEOUS development that looks like something out of Palm Springs. Access to a great pool and the nearby Horseshoe Bay Hotel restaurant was amazing as well as another restaurant on the dock in their yacht club. We took the boat over for lunch and it was amazing. Try the Korean Fried Chicken Wrap!. The unit is an older one but updated nicely, kitchen is tight but having 2 decks overlooking the lake more than makes up for it. I was told the area can be busy but on the second weekend in May it was INCREDIBLY quiet. I'll go back and I think I go during this quiet time again. Based on the number of units and the boats around the lake I'm sure summer weekends are a bit busy. The Hosts were great communicators and made our stay great. We also drove into town to check it out and the town has some neat walkable old down town areas with interesting shops and restaurants. The Adele's Italian place very near the bridge was awesome with live musician/singer that was great. We had lunch at a Mexican place downtown Jardin Corona. Full of locals and it was great Texmex with great service. The Bay View restarant is a sunset must try, the view is spectacular with a sunset toast across the restaurant every evening. Marble Falls is a neat place in the hill country to visit.

Horseshoe Bay is a beatiful resort community. This condo is right in the heart of it and on the water.

We needed a nice location to meet our daughter to return the small granddaughters after spring break and this condo did not disappoint. It was very nice, clean and comfortable! We enjoyed the fabulous views from the deck and the granddaughters enjoyed feeding the ducks from the dock. I would definitely keep this spot in mind for another visit.

We enjoyed our stay as well as being able to use a boat slip since we brought our boat from MO. If you walk out to the dock you can watch the sunrise, it’s gorgeous. The 2 bedrooms were spacious, great house & if we return next year we will be back!

Short 2 night stay. Property was wonderful. Beautiful views. Unfortunately due to weather we were not able to take advantage of the amenities.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The hosts are very friendly and communicative. They helped us with all questions. Our only disappointment was the hot tub wasn’t working, but that was beyond their control. They did their best to remedy the situation. They are great hosts to a wonderful property!

Our stay was just what we needed to get away and relax. While we were here, we took a trip to Fredericksburg for a day and were able to kayak on-site. But mostly we enjoyed hanging out on the decks and the beautiful breeze from the lake. Definitely recommend!

I truly hate to let everyone know how great this place is because I want it to be available for our next visit. That said, this is a great property! Great communication with the owner. We had an awesome time at the property and everything was just as it was depicted in the listing. Fully furnished, exceptionally clean, and picturesque views of the lake .....from two levels!! Seeing the sun rise over the lake each morning was amazing. The upstairs deck has a comfortable seating area, and the lower deck has a spacious seating area, a firepit, a dining/activities table, and a tv. All overlooking the water. I saw several large bass off the dock...but didn't catch any...that was on me..lol. The hosts had games, DVDs, wifi, dishes, and a few cooking items for those who want to prepare meals. There are so many good restaurants though that I didn't spend any time trying to cook. Honorable mention to Bay View...that place was awesome. Ask the shuttle driver about the 'Alabama' parking lot..lol. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay. We will be back. And thank you to the host for answeing all my questions, and opening up your home for such an amazing experience. Greatly appreciated!!

Very nice place

The hosts’ message about the things to do was very helpful. The master bedroom beds were comfortable. It was good for 6 of us, with 2 being kids aged 7 and 9. Kitchen and dining room might be a bit small if for a much larger group, but was fine for the 6 of us.Steps up to both the master bedrooms
