Honey Hole is a cozy setting with a massive covered front patio, patio furniture, and modern home that suits everyone. Generous indoor/outdoor living spaces and a spacious open concept kitchen, dining, and living room with plenty of seating and entertaining. There is half bath that can be accessed from the kitchen or garage. Both the living room and master bedroom have doors to access the garage. There are two master bedrooms each with a private bathroom (one upstairs and one downstairs). The upstairs master shower takes a couple minutes to get from cool to hot water. Each master bedroom has a king size bed with TV's and large closets. The 3rd bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom has built in queen bunk beds and a twin XL bed. The 2nd ground floor bedroom has two twin beds and a television. Upstairs offers two more bedrooms and a second full bath. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes and pots and pans plus basic kitchen items including spices and coffee. The living room has a large, very comfortable sectional couch and a smart tv equipped with a Roku. brbrThe upstairs deck has plenty of outdoor seating and the downstairs outdoor area has a spacious covered gathering and dining area with gas fire pit, gas barbeque and a large picnic table. brbrThe house is equipped with central heat and AC upstairs and new mini-splits downstairs. Two boat ramps are available in town: The POC Fishing Center (pay per use) and Froggie's Bait Dock (free public use). Shop at Sisters boutique or Joe Beths for fun and beachy clothes and gifts or head over Jecos or The POC Rod and Gun Club for everything a fisherman needs for the great fishing POC is famous for. Speedy Stop and Dollar General are nearby local convenience stores for last minute needs or you can head on over to HEB in Port Lavaca (20 minute drive) to stock up. Welcome to the Definition of Ahhhhhh! Jetty Joint has the most unique views-unless you are on a boat out on the bay, it's hard to get this scenery! Fun in the sun on the deck, corn hole to play, conversation, writing a book, family get-a-way, corporate respite, beach down the street, fishing, whatever your reason for POC the Jetty Joint is a must. This is a two bedroom home - one with a private suite where one bedroom is inside the main house and the other is right outside opposite the main door. There is a couch with pull out bed converting this cozy rental from function to utility and a place for all. Note the water comes right up to the slab on a high tide but IS NOT DOCKABLE FOR BOATS. brbr​​​​​​​THIS UNIT IS PET FRIENDLY so bring the pets (max of 2) with you. Additional fees apply for pets please see our FAQ for more information on renter expectations for pet friendly properties: We love pets too and they are only allowed in Pet Friendly Units for additional fees per night of $35 per pet. There is a maximum of two (2) pets per rental allowed in each unit. Your pets must be treated for fleas and ticks using a reliable flea and tick treatment plan prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for pets...SPECIFICALLY TO VRBO BOOKINGS--VRBO's system allows us to charge but only for one pet at booking, if you bring 2 pets (again max of 2 allowed) you will need to pay us for the second pet directly outside of VRBO....Please see our FAQ for more information on renter expectations for pet friendly properties. We love pets too and they are only allowed in Pet Friendly Units for additional fees per night of $35 per pet. There is a maximum of two (2) pets per rental allowed in each unit. Your pets must be treated for fleas and ticks using a reliable flea and tick treatment plan prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or bedding and all pet hair must be cleaned up prior to departure--a $200 fee will be charged if there is any report of pet hair on bedding and furniture (this is in addition to the nightly fees). Guest pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the unit. Guests must pick up after pets and tightly tie the remnants in a plastic bag and dispose in the trash toter outside. The violation of any terms of this pet policy subjects the guest to additional fines or termination of the rental period. Guest pet policies and unit availability are subject to change per county and association rules and regulations at any time. Pets must be kenneled if you are leaving them unattended for their safety and that of our rental unit.brbrRental includes bed and bath linens, hand soap, bar soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent (where applicable). Linens are limited to those on hand. Many properties have washers and dryers, plus there are convenient laundry facilities in Port O'Connor. For longer stays, you can request an optional housekeeping/laundry service. GUESTS SHOULD BRING WITH THEM THE FOLLOWING: personal toiletries, beach towels, food, and paper towels, if desired. Provided linens cannot be removed or used outside the property. brbrTRAVEL PROTECTION: If you have an unexpected issue and need to cancel or change dates for your trip or if we have a rain event from weather threats like thunderstorms, cold fronts or hurricanes and you are wondering about rescheduling or moving dates or cancelling we recommend TRIP INSURANCE or TRAVEL PROTECTION to cover these issues.
