Stayed Mar 24, 2026Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this property. The house itself is a really nice layout, with some separate living areas so different family groups / members had both space and areas to congregate and hangout. The pool and spa were big hits with the family, as were the patio and porch areas. Love the fans, Sonos speakers, and tvs all over, especially outdoors on the back deck area. We did have a few (minor) issues with the house: one tv was on the fritz, blind battery packs ran out, a few others, but the biggest challenge was getting the pool and spa heat to work. We were there in March, with really hot daytime weather but colder weather in the evening. However, the property management company was fantastic at addressing items as they came up, and ensuring we had a wonderful stay. Serenity specifically was super helpful, both in terms of getting issues handled as well as some guidance on local hiking area. D’Anthony was also really great, as he came to fix a few of those issues for us. We also took advantage of the concierge service to pick up and unpack groceries for us the day we arrived, as we got in well after midnight. Having groceries there already unloaded was a game changer. We would definitely consider staying at this house again. And we would absolutely seek out Horseshoe Bay Living properties, as their customer care and attention to detail really helped make our stay and vacation that much better.

Stayed Mar 17, 2026The property was fantastic for our large family! It was exactly what we were looking for. The only disparity between the pictures in the listing and reality were the trees blocking much of the lake view. If the owner can cut the trees down the view would be much improved! Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 5, 2025This house is incredible! By far the most luxurious place we have ever stayed and exactly as the pictures show. The details put into the home and all the furnishings and amenities were amazing. The view of the lake is gorgeous and sitting outside was so peaceful. We had one issue with the spa not heating up and the property management sent someone to fix it which was great. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 12, 2025Beautiful home. The kids loved the bunk room and the game room and of course the pool. We rented a pontoon boat and could park it at the property boat slip. We had a couple of maintenance issues and the property management company took care right away.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025The house has a great layout and worked perfect for our three families with the three large bedrooms. Kitchen with a large island was great for preparing meals and large dining table was able to seat all 8 of us. Spent the majority of our time either in the pool or hanging out on the patio. We rented a boat which was delivered to the dock at the back of the property. Could not have been easier or more convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 9, 2025The house was immaculate! There were six of us gals (age 30) and it was the perfect place to have a low key bachelorette weekend. We enjoyed playing cards by the pool, kayaking in the lake and sipping wine in the open air entertainment area. Property was near a few restaurants and bars, the LBJ Yacht Club, however a car is definitely needed. 5/5 stars!

Stayed Mar 18, 2025The house is perfect for a family stay. Tons of space to spread out with multiple entertainment areas perfect for March Madness viewing! Plenty of seating everywhere. House was very clean. Kitchen is very well equipped. Ice maker is a huge plus. The ping pong table and outside pool area were huge hits with teens and young adults. Beds were the most comfortable we have ever had on a trip. Don’t miss the taco truck across the road for breakfast tacos and Bayview down the road for dinner on the patio with a nice view of the area and Lake LBJ. Communication with the host was prompt and efficient.

Stayed Sep 5, 2024Accessibility is good, water based businesses in the cove so swimming is best saved for the pool which is great. Family enjoyed kayaking the cove and easy access to town and the Club if that’s your interest. House is expansive and well stocked for travelers needs.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024Five cousins, a brother , sister and brother & law. Everyone had a great time. Kids enjoyed squirt gun fights in the pool, hot tub sessions, hide & seek, Foosball and ping pong. Thoroughly enjoyed our time on Lake LBJ.
