Our home features high-vaulted ceilings, large windows, an open floor plan, and is full of natural light.brbrOur beautiful pool is the perfect place to escape the Texas heat. During the summer we work hard to keep it crystal-clear and refreshing, and in the cooler months it is warmed by the waterfall overflow from our connected hot tub. The hot tub spa is available year-round, with bubbly jets that can run from afternoon to midnight. The pool is extra-impressive at night with its fountains and flashy multi-color LED lights!brbrGrab a lounge chair to soak up some rays on our spacious patio, or enjoy a book under the shady branches of the backyard trees. And if you'd like to try your hand at recreating some of our famous Texas BBQ, feel free to light up the barrel grill. Whatever your choice of activities may be - feel confident knowing that you will feel safe and secluded thanks to our privacy fencing surrounding the entire yard.brbrThe glass double-doors leading from the kitchen to the pool are equipped with an optional alarm that beeps when opened in case you'd like to be extra aware when children are going in and out of the pool area. We ask that if you bring children to our home that you remain vigilant in practicing water-safety and do not recommend letting children swim without adult supervision.brbrHead in from the pool to our fully equipped kitchen ready for cooking meals- whether it's' a quick breakfast before heading out for the day's adventures, or a full on celebration-style feast. Bake a birthday cake, flip pancakes, or enjoy a quick cup of coffee from our lightning-fast Keurig. Let the dishwasher do the heavy lifting, and look in the cabinets and pantry for basic cooking necessities.brbrThe dining room's 7ft table is ready for guests to gather over good food and conversation, comfortably seating up to 12. The large living area's over-sized and ridiculously soft and squashy sectional sofa is ready for guests to flop down after a long day's travel, night on the town, or a busy day out by the pool. A perfect place for those epic late-night conversations, a nightcap, or snuggling up for movie night. Please enjoy our large 65" "smart" tv, equipped with streaming services of your choice.brbrDon't miss the game room, complete with a full-sized billiards table! Keep the competitive spirit alive throughout your stay with a group tournament.brbrOur home features four bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with soft and clean linens, bedside lighting, extra pillows, hangers in the closets, an oscillating fan for extra comfort, and a desk with USB charging ports for your electronic devices.brbrThe "Texas" room is on the main floor and has a queen-sized bed, a futon, and its own large bathroom featuring a deep garden tub, separate shower, double sinks, and separate toilet. This room also has an extra large walk-in closet- a quiet and dark space for sleeping babies and toddlers, or a hiding spot for parents seeking a moment of peace and quiet.brbrAll other bedrooms are located upstairs - the Northwest room has a queen bed and its own private attached bathroom with shower/tub combo, sink and toilet.brbrThe last full bathroom with shower/tub combo, sink and toilet is adjacent to both the Mountain West room and the Bunk Room. The Mountain West Room has a queen bed and the Bunk room features two sets of twin-sized bunk beds. There is an additional half-bath located just off the main living area for your convenience.There is also and additional futon in the upstairs landing area that can be converted into an extra bed for large groups.brbrWe offer high speed wi-fi throughout the house and recently installed a brand new A/C system to keep the house at just the right temperature. We are also pleased to offer a high-efficiency washer and dryer for your laundry needs.brbr***Please note that there is a Ring doorbell camera that will activate with motion at the door.***brGuest accessbrGuests will have private access to the entire home. We are located in a charming neighborhood in a cozy cul-de-sac. Private parking for four vehicles with two garage spaces, and two spaces in the driveway. Please no street parking.brbrThe nearest HEB grocery/gas is only one mile down the road for convenient access. Costco, Target, Whataburger, Chick-fil-a, In&Out, Torchies, Crumbl, Cinemark are all 10min away in the Stone Hill Town Center. Across the street is the Austin famous Typhoon Texas Water park.brbrWalking distance to Bohls park, and Gilliand Creek trails.
