If there is any violation to this policy, a fee of $500 will be charged immediately. brbrbrbrThis property is NOT pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. There will not be any exceptions to this policy due to the owner's severe allergies and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this. brbrbrbrWe supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short 2-3 day stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense. Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.brbrbrbrGuest Access:brbrCheck-in information, including the keypad code, will be sent the evening before your check-in date as long as the check-in form has been submitted. All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the locked cleaning closet and garage.brbrbrbrThe Neighborhood:brbrThis home is located in the Milwaukee Ridge subdivision in NW Lubbock. You will be close to grocery stores, shopping, and dining.brbrbrbrGetting Around:brbrLubbock is a large city in terms of land size, so a vehicle is recommended for your stay. In the event that we must cancel your reservation, the following terms apply: brbrFull Refund: Guests will receive a 100% refund of any payments made toward the reservation. brbrNo Additional Liability: Our responsibility is limited strictly to the refund of monies paid.
