A non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet is required, and pets must be crated when left unattended indoors. An absolutely beautiful wrap around deck to enjoy the view of the beach and the bay sunsets. A wonderful groomed beach ⛱ is right across the street. The Galveston seawall is 20 min away and its only a 10 minute drive to the beach town of Surfside. Free boat launch at the end of the street, and you can tie your boat to private 200ft dock right outside your back door. We love pets and kids of all ages. San Luis Pass bay area is considered to be some of the best fishing and kayaking in Texas. brbrThis house has decks on all levels that let you get out and see the fantastic views. There is plenty of parking space for you and your friends. We also have a few games on hand for the kids to play. We have a coffee pot, and a beautiful kitchen with all the pots & pans you should need. Dishes and cutlery are also provided. Lots of linens for you and your guests, also shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms. We do not provide beach towels. brbrGuest accessbrYou have full access to the house, outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, private patio and dock. You have use of the gas grill. Pirates Cove in Surfside has restaurant and often show movies on the patio. Galveston is a 25 minute drive along Blue Water Hwy and offers restaurants, night clubs, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn water park, Pleasure Pier with rides and arcade games. Blue Water Grill is less than a mile toward Galveston and has restaurant/sundries as well. San Luis pass is 6 miles from the house. We offer early check in/check out depending on availability for a fee, please inquire when booking. No prom parties, Spring Break, Graduation or othe young gatherings allowed. 26 is age minimum to rent. If you have bed wetter’s with you or people who have ‘ACCIDENTS’ on our furniture we charge a minimum of $250. We have a beautiful house and would like to keep it that way. Please place soiled linens in laundry room. Failure to follow check out rules, posted in the book in the kitchen, will result in us adding fees to your stay.
