And it’s located on a large lot (1/3rd acre), so there is lots of room for the kids to play outside while you enjoy privacy, space, & unobstructed Gulf views. brbrThe massive decks, which extend all around this house, are huge - over 1,300 sf of total deck area (with plenty of shaded areas) - so all can enjoy. The main rear deck on the main level is very spacious - 50 ft long & 12 ft deep. That’s 600 sq ft! Ands there’s plenty of shade. Also it couldn’t be any closer to the soothing Gulf waters. Plus there's a large upper Captain's Deck with incredible, unobstructed ocean views. br brSleeps 14 (3 kings, 2 Fulls & 6 Twin beds). There are 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. The decks & ungraded hurricane windows were upgraded as well. brbrFull washer & dryer in the laundry room. brbrNew tankless hot water system.brbrThere are 2 separate Air Conditioning systems. Both new as of Jan 2023.brbrDownstairs, additional outdoor hot & cold shower and stall for washing cleaning-up after returning from the beach. brbrPerfect for multiple families. brbrWell-equipped kitchen. brbrWe supply beach towels as well as towels for showering. The primary suite adorns its own bathroom, with a beautiful walk-in shower, a king size bed, and a large television. The second room has a queen size bed, and the third room has two full beds. The 3rd room is fully stocked with video games, board games, a large television and beach towels. The second full bath is located between the queen and full room. brThere is an enormous dining table, perfect for gathering around and making memories, playing games and dining with family and friends. The living space is spacious with a raised, open kitchen and additional dining space is in the breakfast nook off the kitchen.
