Stayed Jun 17, 2025This is a great beach house! You can not beat the location. You are literally on the beach. The beach is mostly private and not really crowded. The house is well laid out and was the perfect size for our family of 5. The view was spectacular!

Stayed Jul 21, 2022Very nice house, well stocked. Great porch with a gate, handy outdoor shower. Pictures don’t show that the road to the beach is completely blocked by new dunes, no big deal but unexpected. Short walk around the cart path. Vrbo pics show the house with an upstairs but ad doesn’t say that it is not part of the rental. Again, not the end of the world but it was a space we expected to use for our large group that wasn’t accessible. Also, thick sand driveway under house was blocked off by an exposed pipe, it was supposed to be fixed our 2nd day but no one ever showed. Very difficult to load and unload everything from the street. I understand it wasn’t anyone’s fault but still an issue. Surely a piece of plywood would have protected it and still made that area usable. Owner was apologetic and quick to respond to messages.
