Stayed Jul 31, 2023The house is a very good design, crowned with a very generous deck. The location is just isolated enough to make you feel unbothered by the world, but not too terribly long a drive to a store or restaurant. It is a good couple blocks walk/drive/golf cart to the beach, and golf carts are not cheap. The beach is excellent for kids, shallow to a long distance away. We got to watch several dolphins breaching as they swam by. We had no trouble finding a convenient good spot every day. A couple suggestions- check the batteries in the tv remotes, or have a few AA's with you. No window coverings in the living room and kitchen means the summer heating hits immediately in the morning. Coverings on the east side kitchen would help the a/c not have to run so constantly.

Stayed Jun 21, 2023This is our second time to stay in this house. It’s located in a great quiet neighborhood and is a short-ish walk (0.4 mile) or drive away from the beach access. Wonderful and comfortable house for three families with kids to stay. We also love that the beach is low key with mostly families.
