We just love going to the beach as a family every year!!Going this year was extra special at The Summery Judgement!!The house was very clean and had all the details covered. We will be returning next year!!I especially love that Paul called to check in on us too!!

We love this house. It’s perfect for a large family or for a couple small families. The bunk room is super fun for the kids. The upper deck is perfect for dolphin watching. We love the little beach directly in front of the house. Paul is super quick to respond.

My brother and I rented the house to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday! There were 10 of us and the house accommodated all of us comfortably. It’s beautiful and very clean. Couldn’t ask for a more relaxing weekend.

The moment I saw this house on VRBO, I fell in love. It’s beautiful! Plenty of room for a large group. 4 of the bedrooms were en-suite which was perfect for our group. Great bunk room for the kids. The beach is just a short walk down the road. We had the best time! The host was easy to get hold of which is always a plus. We definitely want to visit this house again. It’s absolutely five stars!

We were a multigenerational family plus pet enjoying time together on a busy holiday weekend. The home is in a perfect spot away from the crowd with a more private beach alcove - full of blue crabs, sea snails and other fun critters. The house is very comfortable, spacious clean, fancy and fresh with thoughtful touches and ocean-themed art and decor. The freight lift/elevator, green lights and wine fridge were much appreciated extras. Not a single complaint!

We had the most amazing time, in the most stunning absolutely gorgeous home. We came with family, friends, the grandbabies and our fur babies. So much room for everyone to stretch out. The beds were so comfortable and the views are breathtaking. Paul makes everything so easy for simple check in and out, making you feel like an old friend.We will definitely be back. By far the best beach house we have ever stayed in

This rental was absolutely stunning! The decor, layout, and attention to detail made it feel like a luxury getaway. Everything was cleaned to perfection—it was spotless and so welcoming. The host was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Our Thanksgiving was great because the house was beautiful and there was plenty of room.

This house has everything you could ever need. Every room was amazing. Not to mention Paul was an amazing host. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back. The only complaint is that our vacation time came to an end but it is definitely on our list of places to come back.

We had a wonderful three generation experience at this lovely home. The lift for all of our gear made moving in and out soooo much easier. The views from both decks was amazing and we all had room to separate and come together. All the kids on the 2nd floor (3 months to 34) and grandpa and me on 3rd (main level)! Kitchen fully equipped - big island to accommodate all for coffee/breakfast and great dining room table for lunch and dinner. The dogs enjoyed the fenced yard and got lots of exercise running up and down the stairs. HUGE TV in living area enjoyed by all - Four year old LOVED movies on big screen. Beverage frig was large and allowed us to fill up the frig/freezer with just food. All bedrooms ensuite except bunk room which had a great hall bath with bathtub for the kids! Washing machines lifesaver for 3 month old bibs/clothes/blankets/clothes. Would be great for girls weekend; family; friends. Just lovely. Book and enjoy!
