'Footprints in the Sand' - Luxe Freeport Home!

This was our second time staying at Footprints in the Sand. We truly enjoyed our family reunion at this lovely home. It's right on the beach, spotless, spacious, well-stocked, and has a welcoming aura. The contact person was very responsive. We hope to repeat this experience again next year. Highly recommend.

This home was awesome! We hosted ten adults for five days and we all had our own comfy cozy space, our own bathrooms and tons of fun. Family dinners, game nights, amazing sunrise views, lots of walks on the beach. This house was perfect. Very well stocked and clean kitchen, bathrooms, comfortable beds and a very cozy couch. I highly recommend this home.

Could not ask for a better house! Would recommend to all!

This property and the location are amazing. The only issue we had was the lift for luggage and groceries was out of order and the gate to the golf cart was locked and could not be opened. These were just minor things that happened. The host contact was amazing and responded fast to questions and concerns. We were even able to check in a bit early to get our trip started that much sooner. We are hoping to rent this house again next year for our annual trip.

We had a great time! The house was extremely nice and had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach can’t be beaten!

We loved this vacation! The house was fantastic and situated in the best location imaginable. The ocean views were breathtaking, and we appreciated the fact that it was a bit away from town. This allowed us to spend much more time enjoying the beach and soaking up the sun, rather than searching for entertainment in town.The only slight disappointment we encountered was with the patio furniture. It felt a little unstable, which was unfortunate because we would have loved to utilize the patio more during our stay. Despite this minor issue, our overall experience was wonderful, and we highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape!

Loved this home and really appreciated the direct text communication from the host. They responded almost immediately every time we had a question. Beautiful home and great for the family and grandkids. Very much appreciated the child gates on stairs!!

One of the most well built and maintained homes we've rented at Treasure Island. Beautiful roomy kitchen and nicely appointed bedrooms. We didn't have any kids, but the bunk room was amazing! Perfect location and views. Got to watch dolphins from the deck. Great communication with contact.

This house was absolutely perfect! We were two families and it was a great amount of space. The house itself is beautiful and nice quality. It had everything we needed for our getaway. Tom was responsive and friendly. We truly loved it and we are already planning on rebooking!

We have stayed in this house twice now and it is the perfect size and layout for our extended family. Close to the beach and beautiful views from the balconies.

The house was excellent including being large for our needs, very nice quality of construction and ammenities(the elevator) including parking, beds/bedrooms, cookware, dishes, etc. The beach access was super and easy. The only negative was the lack of cable/dish television. But certainly not a deal killer. Our property manager, Tom Li, was super duper, always available,

This house is awesome. Plenty of room for three families and super close to the beach. The host, Tom, is excellent and very helpful. We will be staying here again.

We love this property. Have stayed here the last two years. Great access to the beach and plenty of space for four small families. Thankful for the lift! We got caught there on the last (expected) night by a Tropical Storm with high winds, high waves and high tides. Flooded roads kept us from getting out the next day and the property manager was very understanding that we had no way to leave as scheduled. We maintained excellent communications throughout the ordeal. Booked it again for next summer.

We had a great time

This was probably the best vacation rental house we have ever stayed in. Excellent communication by host company. The house itself was absolutely beautiful and clean. The floor plan is thoughtfully laid out and perfect for accommodating multiple families. I especially appreciated the built in baby gate at the top of the stairs as we have a little one who is crawling. Very kid proof as well with breakable items out of reach. Beds and couches were extremely comfortable. We all commented on how this rental was the first house rental that actually provided enough toilet paper and paper towels for a stay. The number of regular and beach towels available were very useful as well. The short walk to the beach and view from the balconies were breathtaking. Also appreciated the heads up from the Evolve team that we should bring mosquito spray as in the non-windy areas they can really become a nuisance. Overall, wonderful stay and we will return.
