Hey there & welcome to Fun & Funner! We completed construction on our cabin in the spring of 2022 as a special place for our family to make memories and are so excited to be able to offer it to yours as well. We love to travel, especially with our two young children and have stayed in our fair share of rentals all over the world. We've experienced so many things that make a stay incredible and have tried our best to include all of them in our own cabin.brThe spacebrOur cabin is located 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge (well, 25 if you're from Florida like we are and aren't loving mountain driving). Our community is gated with 24/7 security and has a national park-like atmosphere. There are lots of fun amenities like tennis, swimming pool, pickleball and a playground for the kids. All of this is included with your stay.brbrThere are three bedrooms and a kids 'cabin nook' with a pull-out trundle. The sofa also converts to a queen bed, allowing the cabin to sleep ten people. The upstairs bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. There is a half bath upstairs as well. Downstairs there are two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The kids get to enjoy the 'cabin nook' twin bed with pull out trundle. There is a shared bath downstairs with tub.brbrWe've made the downstairs a tribute to our all time favorite movie, Dumb and Dumber. If you haven't watched it lately, it may be time for a refresher :) Feel free to don the orange and blue top hats, hang out by the hot tub and put out the vibe. We have a vintage 1973 pinball machine that is yours to (carefully) play as much as you like, as well as pool table, hot tub, tons of games and a little library where you can help yourself to any book.brbrFor the kiddos we have a Mitchell-kid approved wooden train set plus some other toys in baskets near the kid's nook. We also have plenty of kids plastic dining/drink-wear (because who doesn't love giving their toddler glass cups while on vacation ), a high chair, pack and play and even a stroller in case you forgot yours and want to walk around town. There is an air purifier that makes white noise for babies who need it to sleep as well as a stool in the bathroom so that little hands can reach the sink themselves without calling you for help every. single. time (right ). There is a kid-sized rocking chair in the living room that if your kids are anything like ours, they'll be fighting over in no time! Little angels...brbrBoth the upstairs and downstairs have electric fireplaces, meaning no gas in the house (for all you mamas who worry about carbon monoxide poisoning from watching too many episodes of 20/20... **looks away guiltily**...). You can have a 'fire' any time of the year and in the winter you can use the heat setting as well.brbrThere is a fully stocked kitchen with all the things you'll need to make something awesome... or just throw some hot dogs on the grill when you're not feeling so fancy (we've all been there). There are plenty of pots, pans, spices, utensils, etc. The coffee maker uses both k-cups and regular coffee. We provide enough for you to last a few days unless you're a voracious coffee drinker (looking at you, coffee-snob) in which case you will have probably come prepared anyway. The gas grill is located outside on the upper balcony and has all the utensils you'll need.brbrThe cabin has a Roku TV in every room as well as 75 TVs upstairs and downstairs. They all have unlimited access to Netflix, Disney +, Paramount Plus, Espn, etc. There is high speed fiber optic internet throughout the cabin, so you can look extra fantastic taking those Zoom meetings from the balcony with an actual mountain backdrop.brbrPlease feel free to message us with any questions you may have. We also perform monthly pest control, but due to the forest setting, insects may occasionally find their way inside, especially during certain seasons. This is a normal part of being in the mountains, and we appreciate your understanding as we balance comfort with the natural environment. While bear sightings are rare, they are a possibility in this area. If you do happen to see one, whether in the park or near the cabin, please enjoy it from a safe distance and do not feed it. For your safety and theirs, it’s best to admire wildlife without interaction..br→ Early and Late Checkouts: We do our best to accommodate requests but are dependent on our cleaning team’s schedule. Cozy up in this brand new cabin, just off the main drag of the Smokies! Saloli 55 is located in an adorable Chalet Style Neighborhood in Sevierville, TN! The cabin features 3 Bedrooms, each with their own private bath. Two primary suites on the main level so stairs aren't an issue! Saloli 55 is perfectly set up for 2 couples and 5 kids or 3 couples with a few kids. brbrWe have lots of old school board games, puzzles, Smart TVs in every room, as well as a 60 game arcade table and an Infinity Game Table! The 6 person hot tub is nestled in the trees on the bottom deck.brbrMAIN FLOOR: Two King beds, each room has their own private bath. brDOWNSTAIRS: One queen bed with bathroom plus a twin size trundle underneathbrREC ROOM (downstairs): Daybed and trundle in the open rec room. There is lots of space to move about and plenty of storage. brbrOne of the biggest appeals to us is the location. The neighborhood is just before traffic gets congested, so spending an hour trying to get a few miles down the road to your cabin is not an issue! Less than a mile from grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, breweries and waterparks. Located 1 mile to the Sevierville Convention Center, approx. 15 minutes to Dollywood and The Island. Makes for a much less traffic filled time or more relaxing vacation.
