If you are looking for that calm, peaceful, home away from home rental search no more.brbrThe cabin itself has a four-step main level entry. The vaulted ceiling, open floor plan, gas fireplace, and full bathroom with standup shower makes the main living area spacious whether you are cooking a nice meal or getting ready to cuddle up for the night with that special someone. br brThe Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances as well as, a gas grill out on the deck and dining for four guests. The open layout gives plenty of room for maneuvering and the dishwasher makes for easy clean up. There is plenty of board games, and a pool table for entertainment while waiting. There is also a sleeper sofa if you have additional guest so they can enjoy their time to the fullest.br brWhen you are ready to relax head downstairs and enjoy the enjoy hot tub which is located on the lower deck. The access from the bedroom makes it perfect for soaking all the troubles away right before slipping into a comfy king size bed. brEnjoy the convince of a washer and dryer combo in the closet on the lower level so you can clean and store laundry quickly, not taking to much time away from your trip. Your main level has a full kitchen with everything you will need to cook a dinner inside. There is a King bedroom on the main floor with tv and full bath with walk in shower. Your living room has tv and a gas fireplace. Upstairs you will find your master bedroom has a king bed and tv with full bath with walk in shower. Bear Bottom View Cabin is conveniently located in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge bordering the National Park. Cabin is semi private. While there are likely some hidden gems out there, here are some of our favs that we’ve tried:brbr✦ Peaceful Side Social (Townsend) - Craft kitchen, craft beers, taco bar & fresh margaritas (seasonal), ample outside seating, family and dog-friendly. They have amazing pizzas and super tasty truffle fries! brbr✦ The Townsend Abbey (Townsend) - Dine right on the river and drink your favorite craft beer or cider. They have good flatbread pizza, sandwiches and salads. brbr✦ Elvira’s Cafe (Wears Valley) - Located a quick 2-minute drive from the cabin, Elvira’s Cafe offers homestyle breakfast, lunch and dinner and brunch on the weekends. brbrShould you decide to stay with us, our welcome guide has even more recommendations for great restaurants, bars & pubs, hiking trails and activities to enhance your stay. brbrEARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT / FEESbrbrEarly check-in or late-check out will be granted on a case-by-case basis depending on availability. We will always try to accommodate when we can assuming it allows our cleaners to have time to clean to our high standards. brbrA $60 fee will be charged if guests have not vacated the property by 11:15 AM. Easy peasy! brbrWILDLIFE:brbrNature is amazing! You will likely see and hear critters, and there are bears (and cubs!) in the neighborhood. We do pay for a monthly pest control service, however, you'll still see bugs and such. You may also come across other creatures like raccoons, spiders, snakes, lady bugs, and anything else that thrives outdoors. It’s part of the experience! If you see a few, we hope you let it go. If they’ve taken over the place, please let us know!! Please keep trash in the bear-proof container, and do not feed wild animals. BE SURE TO LOCK ALL DOORS (including car doors) AND WINDOWS. brbrTRAVEL INSURANCE:brbrRefunds are not provided for circumstances outside our control, such as unexpected illness, inclement weather, power outages, disappointment in the lack of snow, or acts of God. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect against such unexpected disruptions.brbrCANCELLATION POLICY: brbrWe offer a moderate cancellation policy that allows for a full 100% refund 30 days before check-in and a 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in.
