Stayed Jun 30, 2023The cabin was very clean and ready when we arrived. Super easy check in. The location was great. It was right off of a paved road and not high up in the mountains. So, it was easy to get to all of the attractions, shops, and restaurants. The loft upstairs was great as it allowed everyone to spread out. The one drawback was the neighbors deck is right outside the bedroom windows. When we were there, we had neighbors that were loud and outside late at night. When we were in the living room/kitchen we couldn’t hear them as much. Overall, I would recommend this cabin!!

Stayed Dec 27, 2022This is a great cabin with amenities provided. It was clean and felt most welcoming. The proximity to Dollywood is ideal. Customer service communication was the only issue we encountered. We waited 3 1/2 hours with no response on gaining entry after numerous calls to the property management on a very cold and dark night.

Stayed Nov 25, 2022Everything was great. Decor inside was cozy well decorated. Jacuzzi was perfect to come back and relax in. two small complaints: master king mattress or bed frame sags in the center. Mattress is most likely worn out. Front door was out of alignment when it got cold and caused it not to lock but wasn’t worried because the little cabin neighborhood was friendly and safe. Other than that, it was great! Highly recommend
