If present, this should go away after a minute or two and is typically just when you first turn it on the first day. After you start using the water regularly it goes away. Also, the water can sometimes come out a little brown, typically when flushing the toilets, etc. This is normal. The water is drinkable, but we still recommend using the filtered water from the fridge. br- Cell phone service is very spotty in the area, so download the maps offline before arriving. brbrThe community pool and fishing pond are run by a 3rd party and we have no control over closures, etc. that may occur. No refunds will be issued for closures of these amenities. brbrFireplace is electric powered and is typically shut off between March/April and October/November. brbrNote: This is the mountains and WiFi and cell phone service can sometimes be spotty and lose service.
