Barbara didn’t disappoint! She really did have everything we needed at her place. The outside lights didn’t work, and when I messaged her about it, she got that taken care of the next day. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars, is because the cleaners didn’t sweep the floors well enough. We found a glow stick under a chair, a vitamin tablet under a bed, and an earring back on the bedroom floor. There was also an odd smell on the upholstered oversized recliner. Everything else was great though! We would stay there again.

Easy to get to everything we wanted to, great little house and plenty of areas to relax together or separately.

Barbra’s Place was absolutely amazing for my family. We loved staying here!

Very clean house. All appliances work. Plenty of space. Fully stocked kitchen is nice. New washer and dryer is nice. Great location too, only a few minutes to the main road in Pigeon Forge. Goats on the Roof Alpine Coaster is like a mile down the road and it’s fun too! Definitely enjoyed our stay and will look to stay here again next time!

Property was great and well taken care of.

My husband and 2 dog kids stayed at Barbara’s place. It is homey and comfortable! Anything you might need is available to you. We appreciated the fenced in front yard for our fur kids. We had comfortable beds, great WiFi, and lots of room. I highly recommend Barbara’s place for your next getaway.

Beautiful property. We plan to stay there from now on. We usually go every year, but next year we are going on a cruise, but we will be back in 2027. The cabin is well stocked with pots , pans, and dishes. We left some mustard and ketchup packets in the cabinet. Lol

This was a great location to be close to everything downtown, but wasn't in the downtown area. We loved the porch and sat their most mornings and every evening. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed!

This property was soooo comfy and cozy! So close to all the attractions yet feeling tucked away in woods! Clean, comfortable, felt like Grandma's cozy cabin! Very spacious!

My family and I decided to get away for a long awaited get together and this property was just outstanding. The location was near numerous attractions and restaurants. It was VERY clean and pleasant. The property manager was in contact to make sure our questions and needs were met and that we were pleased with the amenities. I HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone that would be visiting the Pigeon Forge area!

This was our second year staying here. We are elderly, but the house is well laid out and very homey. It is like being at home away from home. The prices are reasonable and something we can afford! Close to the strip yet away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Got to meet Barbara and she is very nice! Also, we can bring our spoiled dog…Opie! The front yard is fenced so he can be outside. To complete the package, there are rockers and a swing on the screened in front porch. We really enjoyed it!

Barbara’s place is clean, perfect for pets, relaxing and has that at home feel. Our granddaughter loved that she had a room filled with toys. We will definitely be back.

The space was very well apportioned for our group of five. Our troubles did not start until after we checked out. The host did not communicate with us that there were any problems but rather filed a claim with our travel insurance unbeknownst to us. Fortunately, I took a video of the premises when we vacated to document the excellent condition upon our exit. I sent pictures of the video to the insurance company, which denied the host's claim. I am grateful the claim was denied but the hassle was very troublesome. In addition, the host resells tickets meant to be complimentary passes to Dollywood and Dollywood Splash Country for $50.00 each. We purchased these tickets from her but received questions at both venues about the origin of the tickets. One venue even confiscated the tickets but luckily let us in the park. I would recommend documenting your departure.

Barbara's Place has it all! Lots of space (inside and out), abundant kitchen supplies, computer work area, nice sized bedrooms (and plenty of them) with generous closet space, fenced-in yard for our little dog, AND washer and dryer! There's no need to look any further! Book it and enjoy!
