Stayed Jul 18, 2024This property was disgusting! Nothing was cleaned or even made to look nice. The showers, kitchen, bedroom and living room were nasty. Floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. Mold in the kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom all were dirty and smelled terrible. I have tried to reach out to the homeowner but he doesn’t answer my calls. Do not stay here!!!!!!! Worst decision of my life.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024This property is an older home, but in good order, clean and very convenient to our event on campus at MTSU. It's located on a corner, shady, grassy lot and was perfect for us.

Stayed Apr 26, 2024The place was not as advertised. After we got in the house and sat down for literally 5 minutes there were roaches crawling. They were on the kitchen counters and chilling in the pool table room. We couldn't even stay there we had to leave. I'm also still waiting on my refund from the property manager. This was officially two weeks ago.

Stayed May 3, 2024This was the perfect location and set up for our family during our son’s graduation. We were able to stay under one roof and socialize together as opposed to hanging out in cramped hotel rooms. Grandparents, parents and kids together. The pool table was big hit! It is an old house so if you want new construction with bells and whistles, this is not it. If you want luxury hotel linens, this is not it. If you want an affordable place where everyone can gather and avoid campus traffic, this is your place. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. I do not regret picking this over a hotel for graduation weekend.

Stayed Sep 15, 2023The house was dirty: mouse droppings in kitchen drawers & spider webs throughout home. Windows have green algae/moss on outside pane making it cloudy and dirty. The towels in the pantry and linen closets were damp and we had to dry all the towels before we could use them. The owner did not respond to any of this feedback.

Stayed May 31, 2023We got to see my family for my little brothers birthday and it was my siblings, my grandma and i and we all really enjoyed the comfort of the beds and the cleanliness of the whole property it really was nice and homie we all enjoyed ourselves and loved it!!
