Owners went out of the way to make u feel welcome. Extra phone charger cords if u need to use them . Coffee for free. Beautiful property and guest house

A great stay in all the ways. Roomy, comfortable, clean, and great shower pressure!! The hosts are helpful and perfectly connected. It isn't a bad drive to town to have a quiet space of your own, and even see some deer and bunnies. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property! We had a peaceful and relaxing stay with a beautiful view. The hot tub was perfect and the towel warmer was a nice addition. The hosts were quick to respond and checked in before and during the trip. WORTH IT!

Fantastic, quiet rural location, yet easy to get to downtown Nashville. Beautifully remodeled house, easy entry, thoughtfully furnished with everything we could possibly need for R & R, cooking, eating, socializing, making music, sleeping in nice king bed. Kitchen had coffee, seasonings, ice, lots of dishes, pots & pans. Even two very comfortable roll-away beds w/ bedding when we had friends join us! Great private porch, patio with hot tub, fish pond with waterfall…Host Michael kept in touch, promptly answered every question & request for extra towels. Truly a perfect 3-day stay, to see our friends play at the Ryman! Highly recommend this special place! We’ll be back!

The host was very quick in responding to any questions and the house had everything we needed! It was well stocked, very clean, and super inviting. It was a peaceful place to stay in a great location. Enjoyed the patio and quietness of the country, yet two minutes away from a Publix. We use VRBO often and this has been one of our favorites! We will definitley be staying here again.

I loved my stay at The Guest House! It was remarkably clean, check in and communication was fantastic (although I had some app issues on my end, they were great), and the space is lovely. Of spacial now is how comfortable and cozy the bed was, one of the best I've slept in. If I'm back in Lebanon, I would decongestant stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The accomodations were comfortable, including an electric recliner. This was our homebase as we attended a family friend's wedding in the area. Even though the rental is next to a family home, we never saw the owners. They respected our privacy and only checked on us via email/text. While the owner sent very detailed directions on finding the property, we had a little trouble finding our turn in the dark. However, my son's GPS told him right where to turn. Once we found it, we did not have any more trouble.

Very welcoming host and helpful as well. The property was so beautiful and we enjoyed the deer and coy fish immensely. The location was hust perfect with so many restaurants and fun activities. Great shopping area as well.

The host was very nice and always reached out to check up on us! It was a nice secluded spot to go to after the rush of Nashville. We loved ending our nights in the quiet hot tub and comfy bed to sleep in!

It was an awesome place to stay for our Honeymoon. Country beautiful, with a personal Koi pond with waterfalls to put you to sleep peacefully. We even had deer to watch out on our private deck. Which we enjoyed right off our bedroom. It was very clean and very homey! With everything you need, including washer and dryer. Don’t need to worry about needing anything to cook or eat with. Nice big comfortable recliner and couch and nice big comfortable king bed, all bedding and plenty of pillows and blankets. The hot tub was an added awesome feature as well. We definitely give them a 10 out of 10 for comfort, convenience and cleanliness! They are the best hosts as well!

Apartment was exactly as pictured. Was cozy. Bed was comfortable. The host was very helpful and answered our questions fairly quick. I would stay again.

Perfect place for my husband and I. Close enough to Nashville for the sites but away from the craziness of it all. Hosts were amazing as well. Quick to respond and very accommodating.

Wonderful place. The hosts are really nice people and are easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, I had to rushed to the hospital during our stay. The host called 911 and they stayed with me until I was transported to the hospital. So we didn’t get to use the hot tub or the firer pit.

5 out of 5 stars, would highly recommend! The guesthouse was clean, quiet and very private. The main house is in close proximity however the hosts were very respectful and never interrupted our privacy at all.

Everything as described and at a more affordable price. Quite country setting. Owners were very responsive.

We had a wonderful time, hosts are amazing. Beds were extremely comfortable, had a big kitchen to cook and nice sitting area outside with nature. Awesome place, would stay again for sure.

We really enjoyed the layout of the house, very functional and comfortable.The kitchen was well equipped, washer /dryer in good condition, tv was a perfect size for all to see and furniture was comfortable.The king bed was a good sleep and the roll away bed was doable.We would definitely stay again the next trip we make to that area.

My stay here was perfect. The guesthouse is perfect. They offer a ton of amenities. The shower is big and beautiful. The koi pond was stunning. The hosts were helpful and responsive. Will 100% book again if I’m back in the area. Only suggestion would be to mark the driveway a bit more. It can be hard to see because the mailbox with the house numbers on it is blocked by another mailbox….and coming from the other direction the numbers are scraped off and hard to read. The house is far back from the road which is great!!!! For privacy but since the pictures on here mostly show the inside and back of the property it’s a little uncomfortable knowing if you are at the right space.But that is so minor. This home is so beautiful I wanted to move in forever and everything worked and was modeled and decorated beautifully. 10

Property was very clean and comfortable. The outside space is fabulous. The fish pond, hot tub and outdoor space for relaxing. The host family was very nice and shared information, as requested. Anything we needed, the response was immediate.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights here and would highly recommend. Very quiet and private. You wouldn’t know there was another home on the property if you couldn’t see it. The host was quick to answer any questions. It’s a short drive to the city so perfect for someone who doesn’t want the constant noise and hustle of staying in Nashville. We’d happily come back again if we’re ever in the area. I recommend morning coffee on the patio and taking in the beautiful views of the property!

I looked for a place with the room and amenities, what I needed to study course work at Baker’s School of Aeronautics. This home provided just that and more. The hosts are exceptional people, personable, available and accommodating. Questions were answered promptly. I felt welcomed.
