Exceptional place to stay!! Had everything we needed with a modern design! Enjoyed sitting out having a campfire with no mosquitoes. We were attending the NASCAR Race and this was a perfect location, an easy ride to the Speedway.

Exceptional accommodations, everything was new and exceptionally clean & spotless.It was so quite there...I love it, quietest place I have ever slept. Huge TV, AC worked perfectly and kept me very comfortable. Beautiful wooded scenery and walking path that backs up to the state park, nice covered grill area and nice fire pit area if you wanted to have a fire.Host was exceptionally nice and I spoke with him at length just to have a friendly chat. Host is very interesting and I could tell they love the property and area and has lots of family history there.I am looking forward to staying again, hopefully very soon I hope.

We highly recommend staying here. If you want a beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing place to stay, this is it. We loved every minute of it. The hosts were very kind and helpful. They gave us suggestions on where to go and it did not disappoint. We loved watching the deer in the evenings, come out on the property. A wonderful place to stay.

The place seemed to be clean. When the couch section moved you could see all the dirt. First day was fine. Then the toilet wouldn’t flush. A bug crawled out of the shower. Large and black. The property was nice. Trail was nice if you wanted seed ticks all over you.

This place is absolutely amazing!! So private and cozy! Exceptionally clean, had everything we needed and the bed was so comfortable! Just loved loved all of it! Owners super nice too! Just stunning views! We truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!!!!!

I would give it more stars but they limit the amount you can give. They pay attention to the smallest detail which made the stay that more comfortable. The location was perfect, far enough from the city in a rual setting but close enough to the city to drive there in short time. It sits up against the woods which backs to a state park. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL.

I had a fantastic stay here. It was very clean and well equipped. It had a great outdoor grill and a side fire pit area that I sadly didn’t get to use due to thunderstorms during my visit. I recommend this place if you like walking trails. There is a trail directly leading to the nearby Cedars of Lebanon State Park trails. I especially appreciated the signs and direction pointing to this secluded spot. I had no troubles finding it my first night even getting there after dark.

Everything was great!

The apartment was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was sparkling clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary utensils for cooking a meal. The bed was cozy and comfortable. We also enjoyed the property and being able to walk the trail to the State Park. It was so nice to have such a relaxing retreat to come back to after spending our days in the bustling city.

The condo is beautiful. It is large, open and lovely. The location is private and peaceful. We enjoyed access to the Cedars of Lebanon State Park steps from the front door. The owners have thought of everything to make for a safe and very unique experience. A definite must!!

Regina and Stan are the best hosts! We love our visits at the Roost. It is always super clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Our favorite place to stay when we come to town.

We absolutely loved our stay here over Thanksgiving. Very nice place, super cozy and the extra touches for the holiday made it perfect for dinner with the family. We loved that we got to do a little hiking in the park while there too.

The host is always welcoming. This was our third year.

The rental is beautiful and felt very home like. The kitchen had all the essentials and the washer and dryer were a nice bonus. The outside fire pit area was set up very nicely and stocked with wood. Being under cover is great for enjoying if raining. The easy accessibility to Nashville, Lebanon and Burgess Falls was perfect! Regina was so friendly and kind. Will definitely recommend to others and would absolutely stay here again.

This property looked exactly like the pictures. The apartment was very well appointed, clean, and in a very quiet location. We enjoyed being out in the country but still close enough to drive into Nashville and visit other areas. The host communicated with us before our arrival and during our stay. We had one small issue and she responded immediately and was extremely helpful. We will definitely choose to stay here again if we are in the area. I highly recommend it!

This property is secluded yet within 10 minutes to everything you could need. The kitchen was perfect to cook dinner in & the fairy trail was magical! The bed was soft & perfectly comfortable I have no complaints at all & highly recommend you to stay here!

The Robinson roost was amazing! Very clean and beautifully decorated farmhouse suite. The fire pit was fun and the property just peaceful and beautiful. W loved being out in the countryside. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

This was our first vacation in a very long time and our first experience using VRBO, and it all was great! Communication with our host was great. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had, and we were even allowed ro extend our stay.The property is secluded and was just what we were looking for. It was clean, well stocked, and a beautiful place to stay. The trail leading to the hiking trail was a big plus in my book! If we get down this way again, this will definitely be our firat choice to come back to!We did meet one of our hosts and he gave us a lot of good information about the area!

This property was hands down the best vacation property we’ve ever stayed at. We would recommend it to anyone. It was beautiful and comfortable. The hosts are very nice and friendly.

We stayed at Stan and Regina’s place for the weekend while I had a job interview. The place was lovely and we enjoyed every bit of it! Our favorite were the paths filled with faeries and mystical creatures created by their granddaughter. Such a lovely and peaceful place!

Great location and beautiful property. It was a nice homey stay, great place to come back to after long days. One down side is the high deposit cost. Other then that no complaints.

This was a great property for us to unwind and relax in the middle of our month long winter getaway. This property is located outside of Nashville so it was easy to get to our hockey game, tour the Ryman and Grand Ole Opry. We even got the chance to do some hiking while we were there.

This place is just perfect. It is close to the park so if you want to go exploring you are already right there. Very cozy and relaxing. The hosts are amazing and are there to help with whatever you might need. We will definitely stay here again if we can.

Visiting Tennessee means staying at The Roost. It is truly the sweetest retreat. The fire pit gazebo is the spot to roast hotdogs and s’mores. The Robinsons go above and beyond to make sure our stay is perfect. We can’t wait to visit again.
