We provide several different types of essentials to start you off during your stay! Depending on the length of your trip, you may wish to purchase additional items as needed. We start all our guests off with:

-Shower essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and toilet paper in each bathroom
-Kitchen essentials: dish soap, dish brush, dishwashing pods, paper towels, salt & pepper
-Coffee essentials: ground coffee, coffee filters, K cups, coffee creamer, and sweetener

PETS: We are pet friendly and happy to welcome pets during your stay! If you plan to bring pets, please read the following pet policy carefully. There is a pet fee of $48 per pet per night. This will be included in your reservation total prior to booking if pets are included in your reservation. If you need to any help adding pets after your trip is booked, please do not hesitate to let us know! Pet fees are due in full prior to your check in date. By including pets in your reservation or by bringing pets that are not listed in your reservation to the property, you are authorizing us to collect all applicable pet fees. Please note, cancellations requested based on issues with the pet policy or pet fee outlined above will not be considered.

NOISE: This home is centrally located by the highway, so you may expect to hear normal highway noise from the home.

CLIMBING: Climbing on any portion of this home including the grassy roof and side walls is strictly prohibited. Any climbing on the structure will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund and any damages found to the structure will be billed to you immediately.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance is a guaranteed option to ensure you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, inclement weather, etc). Please confirm with your chosen travel insurance company as to a comprehensive list of all covered events. Please note, we are not able to issue a cancellation, trip change, or refund outside of the listing policy and will refer you back to your travel insurance should your trip plans change.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: We require a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. A government issued ID is required to be provided along with the signed rental agreement.

SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A security deposit is required for this home. This deposit will be automatically posted to the payment method on file 3 days prior to check in date and is due no later than the day of check in. This deposit is not a charge or extra payment, but it is a $250 hold only. The only way any amount would be charged to the card on file would be if we provide details of damaged items, excessively dirty items or areas of the home, etc. This hold is released automatically 3 days following check out.

    This home was absolutely stunning. It was clean and there was plenty of space for my family of 6 to enjoy. The hosts were also quick to respond and made the check-in and check-out very easy. Can’t wait to come back again! Truly a gem.

    We had our kids and a couple of grandkids join us for the 4 th of July. The house was conveniently located and the property manager was prompt to address issues and unfortunately there were several issues. There was a leak in the wall so when we washed clothes water leaked out into the hallway. The lock on the door wasn’t functioning properly and we were locked out and unable to lock the door when we left. The PM insisted the lock was working properly but the lock said low battery. I came back to the house one day with groceries and there was a landscaper blowing cut grass off the roof and he blew it all over me and it went inside my bags. There was no notice anyone was coming and with lots of windowsWith no coverings was pretty startling for my daughter to be staring at a couple of guys from the kitchen windows. The last straw was when a group of 5 men showed up and started walking around the house with no notice again at 8:00 in the morning. This time they were there to install an irrigation system. I understand having to maintain a property but to have no notice was very inconsiderate. At least the landscaper was kind enough not to turn the water off until we checked out. The property is nice, the PM was nice but there were so many issues that I can’t say the stay was enjoyable. The property is new and has some kinks to workout. We also discovered that they have termites as my one hitched a ride in a suitcase back to Denver verified by an exterminator in CO.

    We rented this home while visiting family in the area. The house looks exactly as posted - such a unique space and beautiful on the inside. We didn't need the host while there but they remained in contact with us, checking in. Check out process was a breeze, would definitely stay here again.
