Within 10 minutes there is shopping and restaurants in Turkey Creek and a 20 min drive to downtown Knoxville. You have your own private entrance, furnished with a COMFY king bed, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, washer, and dryer. There is a garden, pool, hot tub, fire pit, and tether ball!brbrThe A/C unit was purchased in 2018. The large refrigerator, washer, and dryer are in the garage below the apartment. In the garage is a modem for the apartment only, it is separate from the main house. We are close to the Clinch River providing several outdoor activities Haw Ridge Park has a paved trail for walking, running, and biking but also hiking and Mt. Biking trails within the park. Haw Ridge also has a boat ramp for boaters. If you are looking for some beach time, at Clark Center Park there is a beach area with a volleyball net too. Windrock for those who live off-road life and downhill mountain biking, Oak Ridge Laboratory, Pellissippi College, and South College are close. We live on a wooded lot so lots of wildlife and privacy in the backyard.brbrThere are 2 dogs Roxy an Australian Shepherd and Raley at Rat Terrier. We have fenced in chickens as-well.
