The hallway off of the living room has the washer and dryer. Also off of this hallway is the primary bedroom with a king bed. At the end of the hallway is the bedroom with a trundle bed (two single beds). Next to this room and across from the primary is a full bathroom. brbrUpstairs there are two bedrooms across from each other, both have comfortable queen beds. There is a full bathroom between these two bedrooms. We have also turned the hallway closet into a children`s play nook with some toys and books.brbrGuests have full access to the property.brbrThe best way to contact us is through the airbnb app. We will also respond by text or phone call. We are local and can come out to the property when needed.brbrWhen arriving at the property you will pull up a paved driveway. Our neighbors house is on the left. Continue up the driveway. This can be a little steep and bumpy so we encourage guests to take it slow. The cabin is a short way up this drive at the end of the road.brbrWe are a pet-friendly home. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance and select the number of pets you are bringing. We allow up to two dogs. If you have any other type of pet or more than two dogs, please reach out before booking. These are approved on a case-by-case basis. Our standard pet fee is $75, which covers 2 dogs for up to 4 nights. Anything beyond that, you will be charged a separate fee after booking of $15 per night per pet. brbrAfter booking, we will also send you a pet agreement that will need to be signed before your arrival. It basically asks guests to follow these guidelines:brbr- Pick up after dog droppingsbr- Do not allow the dog to bark excessivelybr- Do not allow dogs on furniture or bedsbr- Don’t leave animals unsupervised, unless they are in a crate.br- Put pet sheets on furniturebr- Pets must be housebrokenbr- Crate the dog if left unattended indoors for a long period of time.br- Groom the dog before the trip and vacuum after your pet if it sheds excessivelybr- The dog must be up-to-date on immunizationsbrbr*If these guidelines are not followed, guests will be charged the extra fee for cleaning.brbrA $300 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.brQUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. brbrOCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 8. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property. brbrLONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on. brbrExtra Charges: A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning. Pet: If you bring a pet and there is excessive pet hair on the furniture and in the bedrooms an additional cleaning cost may be incurred. brbrSMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.

We are renting our beautiful home on 10 acres. It has four bedrooms three baths and about 2800 ft.². The house sits on 10 acres of beautiful tree filled natural landscape . We have four bedrooms, two with queen size bed's, one bedroom with twin beds, and the fourth bedroom is set up a little bit like an office with a double futon. One of the things our guests have enjoyed about our house, is the two separate living and entertaining spaces under one roof.. but still together.brThe kitchen has travertine floors and is very light and spacious with a beautiful marble island.Fully stocked pantry with anything you might need. The dining room is open. Beautiful wood floors in the living room and hall gorgeous living room with tall windows.brWe have a 1/4 mile slightly steep paved driveway that leads up to our house... there are no houses to be seen anywhere from our house. Just enjoy the tranquility and peace. This is not a party house. The neighbors though they are far away are used to peace and quiet.:)brIf you are under 25 please don't request to book unless we have communicated first and you make your intentions very clear..:) brFully stocked pantry, free wifi and much more! We have a strict policy for the kitchen, it must be returned to how it was received.
