Luxury Country Getaway With Beautiful Views, Family And Pet Friendly

Amazing place, amazing host!

STAY HERE! We were looking for a place to get away from the city (Chicago) and relax. This place was beautiful! The communication with the owners was superb and the respone time was really quick. The home looks just like the pictures. The land was wonderful and the horses were beautiful to look at. The land was just as beautiful. For us to be city people we enjoyed the stillness, peace, and quiet.We felt 1000% safe and are already talking about returning next year.STAY HERE YOU WILL LOVE IT!

Ohhhhh, the Donkeys!!! they are the cutest!! Never knew we liked donkeys!! Peace and relaxation is what this place is great for!! really close to two great places, Franklin and Westhaven.

The house was very comfortable and cozy. Very clean and lots of outdoor seating and yard for pets and children. The front porch was the best for star watching and the precious donkeys and tiny horses. Location was serene and quiet with only the sounds of nature. Close drive to downtown Franklin, Westhaven and our favorite Liepers Fork. We loved our stay there!

LOVE staying here! This was our second time and we will be back again. The property is just beautiful. The house is well kept and perfect for a small family. Just a side note it could probably use some more frying pans and/or a griddle for cooking bigger meals. This is definitely not a negative, just a suggestion. Can't wait to be back here again!

Perfect for our anniversary weekend getaway! We absolutely loved it. Feels like you are way out in the country but it’s so close to multiple things to do in Franklin. Very clean, had everything we needed and was super comfortable. The king bed was SO comfy! We slept extremely well. We will definitely keep this place in mind for weekend trips to just get a way and relax.

We enjoyed the thoughtful hospitality of Jane and James so much (in addition to the farm’s four-legged friends). The scenery, the atmosphere, and the many kindnesses of our hosts left nothing to be desired, as every accommodation was met. Can’t pass up an opportunity to relax in this, one of our favorite places. The property is a retreat to which we plan to return, as we relished the ease of every minute. Thank you!

This has been a great stay! A true Tennessee experience. I will stay here again the animals to the frogs at night made the experience top notch!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautifully decorated and clean home on the farm. Fields of green, horses, donkeys, wild turkeys, it was an absolute serene stay. Jane and her daughter Hunter were very communicative and such a gracious hosts. Our two year old daughter still asks to “go back to the farm”. We all had a blast.

This place is a gem! Relaxing, peaceful, quiet, surrounded by beauty in every direction. The hosts are simply lovely too. Can't wait to return again.

Our stay at this property was simply enchanting! Surrounded by picturesque countryside, we were greeted by the most magnificent horses. Our family had the delightful opportunity to give treats to these gentle creatures. The host’s warm hospitality made for a pleasant stay. We can’t wait to return!

The views are certainly beautiful. The location is about 20 minutes to downtown Franklin. I stayed there with my dogs and chose this property due to it having good walking areas for the pups. But the first day we headed out to the back lawn to walk, I discovered a bunch of large, deep holes in the lawn - they are covered over with grass so they are very easy to miss and very easy to step into, which I did, since you can't see them, they present quite a danger. We stopped walking back there due to that. We were able to find safer walks down the street - or we went to the downtown Franklin area.
