Great location, close to downtown & a nice park for the kids. Pet friendly with a fenced backyard was nice as well. Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, and everything we needed for a family weekend getaway for PumpkinFest. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The house was beautiful and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard was fenced and my pup loved how much room there was to run around. When we visit the area again, we will definitely book this house. Highly recommend!

Great location and a beautiful, clean home with spacious rooms.

The property was centrally located to sites and shopping.The only thing was the patio wasn't clean and spiderwebs were all over the patio and entrance

The details take a stay from good to great. This was a good stay - the location was wonderfully convenient and the yard was ideal for our two dogs. However, there were small things that although they may only be something I would notice, I did notice. There was no can opener, coffee creamer, or kuerig pods. The WiFi information was

We were visiting town for my sister’s law school graduation. My dad recently had surgery and can’t walk up steps. This house was perfect. Everything was flat and he was able to get around fine. There are 2 full bathrooms connected to each room. The kitchen had all of the amenities. The driveway was good for parking multiple vehicles. It’s super close to downtown Franklin and The Factory. Everything was clean. The bed was cozy. It was a great location for all of our adventures to Leiper’s Fork and Nashville too. :)

Microwave was broken cracked door - UNUSABLE. I literally had to take approximately 50 pictures to show broken items and disrepair to included a broken window…. To insure we would not be charged for damages, I sent them to owner of which they were aware. I had to wash all pots pans and dishes and even clean out the cabinets inside and out I. Order to have a sanitary kitchen. Trash can was filthy inside and out. Re: Linens - only top few towels were clean so I washed them ALL. Rain gutters were overflowing with debris. The outside patio area was filthy, including the furniture, so I had to sweep and clean all of that for it to be used. Had a 10 rating but it was the worst rental we ever stayed in and we have used VBRO for over a decade. Everything else was booked so we were stuck so had to make the best of it. Felt deceived for the 1st time w/VBRO Beyond disappointed. DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION!

We particularly like the fenced in backyard for our dog. And there is a wonderful park around the corner and easy walk. The property is comfortable in all the right places, including the bed. Everything was clean and made our stay quite comfortable.

We have stayed in this same home several times in the past years while visiting our family in Franklin! We love the fenced back yard and covered patio.

It was a perfect location for our girlfriends group! The keyless entry lock was troublesome because one of the buttons did not work well. We struggled with that each time we had to use our code. The inside was very clean, but very basic decor and toiletries/bedding. We always felt safe and had all the essentials we needed. We did not use the backyard space, but it looked very nice. The location made this place GREAT!

We enjoyed staying at this home in Franklin. We were close to downtown & to the Factory. It was quiet & very comfortable. The hosts were helpful & easy to contact. We would stay here again.

Booking this property was easy and the check-in was easy. The house was just as depicted in the pictures and was very comfortable. Our children, who are live in Nashville, were able to visit with us and there was plenty of room for eating meals together and watching football. The beds are on the soft side which my husband enjoyed. Check-out was easy and we look forward to being able to book another stay in this home.

Large home allowed the 2 of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom. Clean and spacious bathrooms and kitchen had all appliances one could want. About one mile from the center of town - very convenient! We enjoyed our stay immensely!

We stayed here for a long weekend to visit friends and tour parts of Franklin. The house is located very close to downtown . The bedrooms were spacious and well equipped bathrooms. Kitchen and living area were spacious and comfortable and also comfortably equipped. The backyard had comfortable lawn furniture and was fenced so that it was not a worry to let my dog outside. Overall, I would recommend and would stay again!

Our first time using Vrbo, the owners of the property we stayed at were very helpful and made the process easier for us as well. They answered all questions we before we booked in a timely manner and were available for assistance if needed. Travelling with our pets we found this place very spacious and private. Plenty of amenities to make it feel like your home away from home. Great location close to everything. Dont miss biscuit love or chop house both with mins and recommended by hosts.

Super cute place near historic downtown! Everything was clean and comfortable, there was great info available about things to do in the area. Owners were great to work with!
