Charming 2-bedroom 2 bath house in Leiper's Fork

The property was close to Leipers Fork, which offered small shops to visit with restaurants and entertainment. The setting was lovely and was the perfect place to relax.

My husband and I and our 2 dogs, along with my parents, stayed in this lovely home for a night, in our way back home from Florida.The Franklin/Leiper's Fork area is where we often stay on our way South from Ohio as it's a great middle ground area. Franklin and Leiper's Fork is absolutely a beautiful place! So much to do whether it be just lookimg at all of the beautiful homes, shopping, listening to live music, or eating something delicious, it's a wonderful area!The home is spacious and comfortable with enough room to spreadout. We all absolutely LOVED the beds and that theyre both king sized, with an adjoining bathroom, is a great plus! The hosts left out snacks and was greatly appreciated upon our arrival, after an 8hr drive. I always appreciate a host that has a booklet of places to eat and explore and they had a nice one! Let's talk about the beautiful grounds the home sits on! With Great Pyrenees puppies, goats, and chickens - I was in heaven! Plenty of safe space to walk our pups (which is high priority for me), and far enough off the main road to feel a little quiet and seclusion. The home is steps away from the small, quaint town of Leiper's Fork, where we have stayed in the past, and where you can listen to live music. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown Franklin, which has so much to do! The home was very clean, tidy, and overall a fantastic option to stay! We all highly recommend, and Keith (the owner) was very kind, responsive, and very friendly!

First time at this VRBO. The property was clean and well kept. The screened in porch and fire pit area was great. Very neat and clean. In side was also very clean. The fixtures were all upgraded and were very nice. Marble counters through out, the bathrooms were very clean and decorated in classy gold and marble. High end fixtures and upgraded cabinets . A true English-styled cottage in the woods.

Everything was wonderful and the owners were quick to reply all questions. The only drawback was all the construction work and sometimes the road to get out was blocked with trucks. Gave 3 stars for location because of construction work.

The house was very clean and pretty. It is in a nice location with good privacy. The hosts were very fast to respond to questions.
