The posted speed limit of the this road is 25mph. We have had a guest mention that cars drive a bit faster and there is the potential for road noise at busier times of the day. There is a sidewalk and bike plan that spans the entire neighborhood.brThank you for staying with us!brbrWe only ask that you treat our home with the same respect as you would your own. brbrPets are allowed with a 2 dog max and a non-refundable pet fee. Please do not let your pets on the beds or sofas. All pet waste should be picked up from the yard and properly disposed of. We understand that accidents happen, but please clean up after your pet. Additional fees will be assessed for damage caused by pets. brbrAdditionally, smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the home. If you smoke please do so outside and away from the doors. All cigarette butts should be picked up and disposed of properly. Evidence of smoking (of any substance) inside the home or cigarette butts littering the yard WILL result in additional charges. There is an immediate charge of $500 if evidence of smoke inside the home is present plus any additional costs of remediation.brbrCHECK IN:brCheck in time is anytime after 3pm. I will send you a door code a few days prior to your arrival. brbr PARKING:brThe driveway can accommodate two vehicles. Please know the driveway is shared with the neighbors so please do not block the shared part of the driveway. You will pull in and pull to the left.brbrbrHOUSE RULES:brPlease treat our home with the same respect that you do your own. brPlease respect a courtesy quiet hour of 9pm for our neighbors. brOnly guests who are on the original booking should stay overnight. brThis is a non-smoking home. The open concept main living space will greet you upon entry. The living room with two sleeper sofas is on your right, and the fully equipped kitchen is on your left. Just past the kitchen is the dining room with an accent wall and mid-century modern vibes! Down the hallway are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and there are two full beds in the third bedroom. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway. brbrbrbrThe laundry room is in the back of the house. There is a half bath next to the washer and dryer, and access to the backyard is in the same room. There is a grill and picnic table in the spacious backyard available for your use! There are so many activities our city has to offer, you'll never run out of things to do and see, all with the comforts of home right at your fingertips.brbrbrbrGuest Access:brbrThe house has a digital keypad at the front door, which will provide you with access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.brbrbrbrThe Neighborhood:brbrThis is a transitioning neighborhood. We have had some guests who say they do not like the neighborhood. We think it is great, and we love our family-friendly neighborhood and have never had any security issues or concerns, but we recognize that every guest has different life experiences. Please do not book this house if our neighborhood makes you uncomfortable. If you do decide to cancel after arriving, it will be subject to our moderate cancellation policy.brbrbrbrGetting Around:brbrGuests will need to pull their cars completely out of the side alleyway into the designated gravel spots behind the house. The alleyway is in use even though it is gravel. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.brbrbrbrOther Things to Note:brbrTo provide guests with an additional sense of security, we have also installed a Ring security system, along with a digital door lock. This allows for remote entry and a sense of privacy and security. We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment.
