Beautiful property, excellent location, and great hosts! They have furnished the property with everything you might need, with many thoughtful details that make the stay that much easier. Clean rooms and plenty of space! Will book again!

This property and host were amazing! The listing was very accurate, and all the amenities were tip top! The location was ideal for our yearly boy's trip. We were in close proximity to everything we wanted to do and had a blast exploring/walking to nearby restaurants and other establishments. We will definitely stay here again when we're back in Chattanooga.

The parking was not good we couldn’t park in either place the host told us we could since it was always full I assume from neighboring restaurant and properties. Other than that we had a great stay.

The unit was just as advertised. Very clean and appointed. Enjoyed the proximity to “town” with bar/restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Only 15-20 minute walk away. Really good access to the interstate as well.

Great location and decor, super clean! Very walkable to a lot of fantastic nearby restaurants and next door to a great local brewery! Loved the coffee selection provided as well!

The house was beautiful! It was clean, stocked with everything you might need (including sounds machines for the bedrooms ), and it was a great location! I had a few questions and the host responded with help very quickly! It was the perfect stay for a group of 6 girls for my 40th birthday!!

We had an amazing time at the property. We were in toen for a friends/couples weekend. We all had our own space! Large bedrooms and bathrooms.

Place is great and just as described and represented. Had 4 adult men staying for a local golf outing for 2 nights and it's a perfect place for that. Brewery and restaurant next door make it easy to walk down and fill up and then hang out at the place in the evening. Beds are comfortable and everything you need is there already. Would recommend for a Chattanooga south side stay.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were fabulous with comfortable beds and unique and stylish decor. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. When we didn’t feel like cooking there was a restaurant/brewery right next door. Great place, great location close to downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great time! The house has some great, comfortable spaces for gathering. Plenty of seating, great kitchen and dining, ample size bedrooms! The hosts are easy to work with and prompt to respond, making check in and check out simple and straight forward!

We had a wonderful stay here. Jared was amazing to communicate with before we arrived. The townhouse was easy to find and beautiful. Parking is a bit of a challenge but if you stay aware it’s not a problem. The house was very clean and decorated so nice. The bedrooms were roomy with very comfortable beds and plenty of privacy for couples traveling together. The kitchen was well stocked. Our favorite spot was the rooftop seating. We sat out every night with the fire pit going and watched the gorgeous sunsets. We didn’t try the restaurant next door but it was very popular. Each room had a sound machine so outside noises were not a problem. Just can’t say enough nice things about this rental.

These folks know how to make a space. Absolutely stunning listing where it actually looks better in person than in the pictures. We were group of 8 girls and we all fit comfortably. Very clean and one of my favorite parts was that they actually had good tools to use in their kitchen. Centrally located and the brewery next door had awesome food. The Christmas decor they added made it a great place of refuge during the cold, rainy days. Living room was large enough for all of us to have a game night. Hosts were great communicators and checkout list was very reasonable. Bear in mind if someone in your party has mobility issues the stairs may be a problem. Would totally recommend this listing!

This place is perfect for families or - like us - groups of adults in town for an event or just a weekend away. It comfortably housed all 8 of us and we’d book it again in a heartbeat. The location was perfect. There’s a brewery next door, the parking was easy, and we were a short hop from anything you’d do in Chattanooga. It’s not just the location, The unit was as advertised. It’s clean, the beds were comfortable, it was cozy - with room to spread out It’s a solid place.

A beautiful property next to a family friendly brewery. Very clean and the creamers in the refrigerator were a nice touch.

This place is absolutely amazing. It is exactly how the pictures show it. Jared was so kind and helpful throughout the day. He helped us find a great hike nearby and was available when we left a pair of sunglasses after our stay. This place is a must stay. Thank you Jared for sharing your perfect home with us!

Great spot just off the interstate, clean, nice and comfortable

Our group had a wonderful stay here! The interior design is stunning & it was extremely clean. There were lots of thoughtful touches everywhere throughout the home. It has a pretty view of Lookout Mountain from the top level terrace. It’s in a great location in Southside and right next to a fun local brewery. The host was kind & very communicative. Overall we had a lovely experience!
