Check in and check out procedures very easy. Beds extremely comfortable, plenty of sleeping options. Home very cozy, and location ideal. Everything was less than 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again :)

Beautiful home that is very well maintained! It was super clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was easy right in front of the home. The one bed we used was very comfortable and the entire place was super cozy and close to everything we had planned to do while in town. Will definitely book again!

The host is incredibly kind, responsive, and wants to ensure your stay is the best. We truly loved the neighborhood. It’s close to everything for the most part and super easy to get to. If anything, I wished we’d booked a longer stay. We will definitely stay here again.The home is well accommodated and probably the least amount of cleaning we had to do after a stay! I will say this: if you expect modernity & lavish conditions, it’s not for you. This is a homey home. An older home with quirks for those of us who enjoy older homes. A place that’s truly a home away from home.

We had the most enjoyable stay at our VRBO rental in Chattanooga! Our place was so tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we could have ever needed! The cottage was very clean, very convenient to all the places we wanted to visit, and had the most comfortable beds! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch too! This is definitely a gem and we were so pleased with everything about our stay! Our host was amazing and provided us with clear instructions for checking in and out. Her suggestions for dining were very helpful! Excellent in every way!

Great place to stay. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Basket stocked with k cups/sweetener/creamers and tea bags. That was really nice. Communication with the owner was excellent.

We stayed here for a week for a national meeting of my church’s denomination. It was a pleasant neighborhood and very convenient to get to downtown. The host was very easy to contact and very helpful.

Nucely appointed, renovated home in quiet, established neighborhood. Close to downtown, aquarium, zoo, Ruby Falls, parks, Tennessee River and much more. We had a wonderful stay. .

As soon as we walked in you could smell how clean the house was. Everything in this house was clean . Trust me I looked everywhere. Just enough decor to make it quaint. I would definitely recommend this house .

This is a charming property, just as advertized. About 8 min from everywhere we wanted to go! Check in was EASY! House very comfortable. Wish we were staying longer! There is both a Keurig and reg coffee maker with with kcups and a coffee station. Nice kichen .Thank you.

This house was perfect for my family of 4's winter break visit to Chattanooga. Street parking was easy, and there's a great playground a few blocks away. We all had separate bedrooms, and the beds were very comfy. (The master bed is very high off the ground.) The living room was a cozy hangout, and we enjoyed a game of Clue. We cook a lot and the kitchen was a great size and adequately (but not amazingly) stocked. Be aware that the bedroom doors are all old and a bit finicky. Host Adrienne was a great communicator and very responsive. Would recommend to anyone!

Great place to homebase for our family’s yearly pre-Christmas getaway. We enjoyed many of Chattanooga’s amenities and this was a great location to do that from. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for two nights to take part in the train museum’s Christmas ride! Location was perfect, close to downtown, reasonable drive to the train museum. Pretty little house, in a neighborhood that has been recently flipped. Great setup for three generations in the home, plenty of room, bathrooms were clean and modern , kitchen was good for eat in meals with kids. On street parking and also in the rear of property—very nice, we would stay again

Fabulous 5 star property in a great location close to everything but in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Easy check in, spotless, cozy, and perfect inside and out. Great communications with the host and we had the best time ever. You can't go wrong with this property.

This house was adorable! It was an old house but had been remodeled beautifully. I loved the old doors!! Everything was exactly as described, and everything we needed was provided. Plenty of linens, bathroom supplies, and kitchen supplies. When im back in chattanooga, id stay here again.

The house was amazing! It was extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. The furniture was really nice! It was worth the damage insurance. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. When I say there was not a speck of dirt in this house I MEAN IT!!!! There were plenty of towels and wash clothes. The front porch was great! I really enjoyed sitting out there and drinking my morning coffee and then in the evening chatting with neighbors as they walked their fur babies. Parking is a breeze. It is close to downtown and in a very nice neighborhood and what I felt to be a very safe neighborhood. Communication with the property managers was great and they attended to any and all needs promptly. The little extras were awesome....coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, water, spices, garbage bags, plenty of toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washing powders, dishwasher pods and paper towels. More than plenty of everything for cooking and plenty of cups, plates, and glasses. Again, all very nice things. There is an ice maker in the fridge so you do not have to worry about ice. This is a perfect extended stay place because it is so comfortable. You will not regret staying here. Thank you so much for the most relaxing stay I have ever had with my family!

Wonderful stay in Chattanooga. Came for a conference and vacation and had great access to downtown and sights. We were able to come back to the house and rest/relax in between seminar sessions and enjoyed the proximity to everything. Adrienne was communicative and everything was seamless. Thank you!

It was great experience

After spending a day hitting back-to-back sightseeing and events since 6am, coming home here was wonderful. Not only is the location very conveniently close to Chattanooga and easy to get to, but the home is cozy and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We spent most of the next morning simply sipping coffee on the front porch, enjoying the peaceful ambiance and recharging before hitting the road home.

The booking process was easy.. Great communication from the host. Very clean home with stocked supplies. Will look again at VRBO listings for our next extended stay.
