On the patio, we have a fire pit which is perfect for toasting marshmallows. brThe home is located on the southern end of Lake Keowee in an upscale neighborhood consisting of million dollar homes. This neighborhood consists of just 26 properties and is surrounded by 32 acres of conservatory land owned by the neighborhood. The majority of the neighbors live there year round so the HOA has a QUIET TIME beginning at 10:00 pm and NO PARKING ON THE STREET, GRASS, or CUL DE SAC.brAt the lake, we have an over-sized covered boat deck and deep water (15 + feet) all year long. On the shore, we also have a 10 by 20 foot deck area that remains shaded most of the day. For fun we have four kayaks, a foosball table, a ping pong table, and 50 inch large screen TV. The upstairs also has a rec room over the garage with a pool table and a futon . The kitchen is large with table and chairs for 6 and additional seating at the bar or in the open living area. Large screen tv with cable and internet are provided. Outside in back is a large two tier deck with patio furniture and a new propane grill.brAll cooking utensils, pots, pans, and dishes are included as well as bedding, wash clothes, and towels are provided. There is a two car garage and ample parking outside for and additional 6 cars.
