    The house was so lovely for our families to celebrate our son's engagement. It was the perfect weekend and the house met all our needs. Cope Properties was great to work with and we would absolutely stay here again.

    The home was perfect for our clan of 2 grandparents, adult kids and grands, we had a marvelous time and would definitely stay again. One minor issue, the house not visable from street and no address signage to alert us where the house was. We road back and forth and finally figured out to go down the blind hill.

    We were very pleasantly surprised when we showed up, and the cleanliness of the house was what we were expecting, were truly happy with all of the accommodations that were available to us at the house and the property if I might make one suggestion and that was the grill was not cleaned when we arrived no big deal it is what it is not a problem at all. We did want to sweep up a little bit of the house, but there was no broom available for us to do so also, I would suggest having the battery ready available for the small blower to blow off the Walkway to the lake when there’s leaves covering the sidewalk. It’s a little tricky but other than that no complaints just suggestions we look forward to possibly staying here again.

    We had 8 adults stay over three nights. What a clean, beautiful home and view of the lake and mountains. The 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home was beautiful and served our needs perfectly. We will definitely rent this home again.

    Rented this home for two nights for Clemson game. Great location away from it all but close enough to get to the game. Well equipped and clean. Cope Property Management in Seneca were very easy to work with and responsive. Thank you for a great stay at a lovely home. Love the outdoor fireplace!

    The home being new was very nice. All beds very firm. Enough dishes, glassware, silverware, & cooking utensils. Everything else in the kitchen was a bare minimum. We brought a few small appliances from home, to accommodate cooking for 14. Had I known there was exactly one towel and one wash cloth per person, we would have brought our own from home. The additional rules…. Given after renting and paid in full… was a disappointment, and was told I shouldn’t take it personal. 3 children under constant supervision of 11 adults …. Don’t park on the grass… or the street… violation of the additional rules would/could have resulted in immediate EVICTION without refund. I am not being petty, but being real. We had a toilet to not operate. I sent a text and 90 minutes later followed up with a call to the property manager, who told me she would put a work order request…. 2 1/2 hours later my son in love let me know that he made the repair. I called the property manager to let her know. I will avoid future dealings with Cope property management if at all possible. I am not new to vacation rentals and love the many opportunities to stay in new &/or different locations/areas. We always leave the home or condo as clean or cleaner than we went into it.❤️
