Description

Luxury home has big lake views from every room in the house. It comfortably sleeps 12 people and has just been decorated with new furnishings throughout. There are many spaces to hang out and relax including two family rooms, two eating areas, deck overlooking the lake and large fire pit area. Lake activities include a dock with two spots to tie up boats and/or jet skis.

In addition to the lake activities, guests can hang out at the fire pit, play corn hole, play board games or hang out on the porches. The neighborhood is lovely with plenty of walking or running routes.

The house has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths on two levels comfortably sleeping 12. Two masters on the main level both with king beds and private baths. The third bedroom has a queen and a private bath and the 4 bedroom has a trundle bed. The 5th bedroom is upstairs with 2 bunk beds (sleeping 4), with a private bath.

The house is located in a neighborhood with mostly new homes. Grocery stores and many other services are conveniently located in West Union, about an 10 minute drive. Home Depot, Walmart and additional Services are located in Seneca, about a 15 minute drive.
Paddleboard, tubes, skis, lake swim mat and several life vests are available for your use at no extra fee.

This is a gorgeous home that exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless and stocked with everything you could think of, and the owner was easy to communicate with. The lake views and dock area were wonderful too. First class experience all around. Would definitely stay again.

My fantasy football league rented this house for our annual draft. Incredible place. Tons or room, updated everything, easiest walk to the dock you can find on Lake Keowee. Lots of lake toys, spacious dock with hungry fish surrounding it. We probably pulled a dozen or so fish in from the dock.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake home! The neighborhood is safe and quiet, the home has a great layout for a big group, and the lake views are amazing. Easy to get to Clemson and surrounding areas.

The house was a perfect place for a weekend on the lake with a few good friends! The beds were comfy, the house was clean, the fridge was HUGE (which is a major plus), and the back yard was perfect for some corn hole and hanging out. The tubes and water mat provided were huge plusses as well. The only down side was that the boat traffic was a little more than anticipated, but it didn't take away from enjoying the water at all, or having an amazing weekend. Thank you!

We had 3 families gathered for our son's Clemson Graduation. You could not tell we had 9 people here. The house was very updated, and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was great, and we are all kitchen people. The view was out of this world. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The Owner was great, and responded very quickly with just some informational questions. Have stayed on Lake through the years, but this would be our go back to locations.

We really enjoyed the water toys that the host made available to us. The location and walk down to dock can’t be beat! Beautiful home. Host was very responsive.
