Our home is the perfect getaway for anyone young or old. When you stay with us, we want to make sure that you truly enjoy your vacation. Our home is on the 17th tee box of the Ocean Winds Golf Course surrounded by live oaks which makes it a true coastal retreat. Our house is 1.3 miles away from Seabrook Island Golf House and Beach Club. When renovating and decorating this cottage, we took our time in the details to make sure comfort, calmness, and luxury were the focus. Seabrook Island is a private community miles from Charleston immersed in nature, pristine beaches, and world class amenities... equestrian, racquet club, beach club, golf, dining, and walking trails. brbrThe Tee Box is a 3 bedroom and 2 full bath home. When you step in, the calmness comes over you through the coastal decor in the blues, whites, and greens that help you release from reality. The open floor plan allows you to eat, relax, and cook together while walking through the French doors that leads you to the screened in porch. The screened in porch also has a dining table for 4, outdoor sofa and chair, with a tv on the porch. Off the kitchen is an ice machine under the bar area. The washer and dryer are stacked across the guest bathroom. At the end of the hallway on both sides are the master and guest bedroom. Each bedroom has outlets that accommodate all styles of chargers. There are tv's in both of these bedrooms. The loft area is an amazing room that has 3 twin beds, dresser, and closet that helps you come together in a spacious room. We have added a half bath upstairs to help the flow in the loft area with guest. Downstairs you will find a outdoor shower, a second fridge, parking for bikes (not included), and parking up to 3 cars comfortably. brbr* A GATE PASS for one vehicle is covered by the $40 Property Fee. A second vehicle can be added forbr $40 at time of vehicle registration (max 2).br* Once booked, we will send over an amenity card form to fill out to send over to the amenity manager. br A $15 refundable card deposit is collected per amenity card and given back once the cards are returnedbr in usable condition. You have to go into the amenity office to pickup, lockbox, or mailing option.
