Stunning home close to the Ocean Course

Check in was very easy. The communication on gate passes, directions and codes etc were very clear. The house is clean and beautiful. Even though we didn’t have great weather the first two and a half days there was plenty to do inside and plenty of room to get away and have some private time. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty to pantry storage and a huge fridge. The pool was wonderful to have right there. We used it even in the rain. It was also chilly so they let us heat up the hot tub, which was great for the little ones to warm up from the chilly pool. It wasn’t heating up when we first tried so they sent someone over right away to fix it for us. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels and a great washer and dryer. We rented bikes from espm Vaca rentals and had a great time riding around the beautiful island. We did find it hard to ride bikes all the way onto the beach from the nearest beach access but found that the next one up after Ibis pond was mostly boardwalks and much easier. The grandchildren loved splashing in all the tidal pools at low tide. Overall, it was a wonderful place for a larger family with multigenerational ages.

Kiawah Island is simply magical and this house did not disappoint. Amenities were as described and the house was spotless.We had a couple of hiccups in the beginning, but the agency was so responsive and worked hard to get it right (which they did). I would absolutely recommend this house and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent property, exactly as advertised. Couple of calls to mgmt co to answer a few questions were quick and efficient. Overall a great experience.

We loved the spacious living space and bar area. All bedrooms were very comfortable and lots of conveniences. Such as 2 dishwashers, dedicated ice maker and great laundry room on second floor. The pool is lovely and I enjoyed sitting on the kitchen porch overlooking the pool for morning coffee. The beach is half mile walk or bike. The doors in this house are gorgeous! Feels like a palace. It’s well cared for and inviting. We felt safe even with Debby dropping 13 inches of rain one night.

I’ve rented many vacation homes over the past years and the kitchen was by far the best. Everyone loved the pool, it needs to be cleaned twice a week not once.
