Stunning Newly Renovated Tarpon Pond Cottage Golf & Marsh Views Seabrook Island

We have been to Seabrook Island several times, but this was our first trip as a family of four, and Brooke went above and beyond to make it smooth and easy for us! Flying to a destination with young kids can be problematic but The Tee Box provided all of the must haves for young kids, so we could travel light (pack and play, high chair, beach gear, toys, etc.). The elevated interior, screened in porch and tv's in every room were some of the highlights of the space for us.The Beach Club is our favorite place to be and that was included in our stay, which I loved. Location is perfect for easy access to beach walk outs as well as the beach club pools and dining. Brooke was very responsive to any questions I had which I greatly appreciated!Can not say enough good things about The Tee Box or Seabrook! It is our family's happy place and this particular trip has been my favorite one by far! Thank you so much for the memories! We would love to return soon!

We stayed at the Tee Box for a wedding weekend and had the best experience. It was very close to the Club House, Beach & Pool. Brooke was very responsive and extremely helpful with the entire booking experience. Very happy with the attention to communication, the house was very clean, beds are super comfy and there is plenty of space indoors and outdoors for a larger group. Will definitely book again if we make another trip out to South Carolina!

The BEST stay! We were there for a surprise proposal and 2 nights was not long enough. House is better than described. Beds are super comfortable with luxurious linens. Tucked in the trees with a fantastic screened porch. Wish we could have stayed longer. Loved it!

The Tee Box is absolutely beautiful! It’s big enough for you to have your own space but not so big that you don’t gather together for coffee, cocktails and delicious meals. The owner’s obviously knows what 1st class furniture, bedding and amenities are. The Tee Box is perfect.

I cannot think of a better place for a bachelorette trip than The Teebox. The Teebox had everything we needed for a fun and exciting weekend combined with a calm and peaceful getaway. Originally from Charleston, SC, the Teebox is only 45 minutes away yet we all felt like we were hours away so disconnected from home on this beautiful island with all of the wildlife and beautiful nature scenery. We did local activities none of us had ever done before: took a party bus to a wine tasting at DeepWater Vineyard, did goat yoga at the Goatery at Kiawah River, and had Hibachi come cook for us at the house! Brooke and Alex were so prompt in communication and equally excited for all of us. It was clear they wanted to ensure I felt as loved as possible. Everyone had a place to sleep and it did not feel crowded at all. Kitchen was fully stocked for us to make all of our meals, porch was perfect for a group dinner, and everyone slept so peacefully ready for the next day! Seriously cannot recommend this oasis enough- all of my bridesmaids want to make it a tradition to return for a yearly girls trip t the Teebox!!!!

I can’t say enough about how lovely this home is decorated! Excellent location and beautiful view of the golf course! We had this home booked for memorial week and ended up having to reschedule due to the passing of my mother. Brooke was awesome to work with during that horrible time for my family! Once we arrived she was great to give recommendations for chartering a fishing boat and our family had the best time on the water! Would highly recommend this vacation home and we will be back! Thank you again Brooke for everything!!

House was very nice and well done.

My family and I loved our stay in this home. You could tell the owners took pride in their renovations. The kitchen is very well stocked, even down to toddler plates and utensils. The owners have thought of everything here. The views from the screened in porch was absolutely amazing! The host informed us on a lot and we got to experience a lot because of it! Overall we loved this house and would stay again.
