The spacious open floor plan features a large living area with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV to watch your favorite shows, as well as an expansive screened porch. The screened porch offers a dining area with views of the island, perfectfor early morning coffee or afternoon reading. Just off the living area is a designated dining area that seats four, as well as a full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to make a meal right from home.

This villa comfortably accommodates 2 guests in the primary bedroom with a King bed, custom accent wall, and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom features a modern vanity and a glass shower.

Beach Access: Beach access via Boardwalks 17 and 18.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: There is parking for up to 2 cars in the parking lot.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
