The primary master suite (Bedroom #1) is located on the first floor of home and includes a king size bed, private bathroom, and access to the screened-in porch.
Located up the stairs on the top floor of the home are the remaining three bedrooms, laundry room, and separate bonus living room with a pull out sofa-bed (queen size). The second bedroom (Bedroom #2) features a king size bed, porch access, and private bathroom. The third bedroom with a King bed (Bedroom #3) and the fourth bedroom, which has two twin beds (Bedroom#4), share a bathroom and both also have access to the porch.

Our whole family loved this house. The beds were so comfortable and we spent a lot of time on the screened porch. It was in a great location with just a short walk to the beach.
The home was spacious, clean, adjacent to walking path, and a short walk to the beach. Surrounded by beautiful courses. This is home is not on John’s Island as the listing infers, it is on Kiawah Island. Longer drive to Charleston than anticipated.
Everything was wonderful. Loved the new bathrooms and the open concept family room and kitchen. The porch was awesome. The floors and the cushions needed to be cleaned better though on the porch.
We loved our stay! The space was perfect for 4 adults and 5 kids - enough room for playing, sleeping and relaxing. The adults loved the close golf, abundant walking trails and easy walk to the beach. The kids, of course, loved the beach and all the gator sightings. We made use of the grill and screened in porch many times during the week and benefited from all the kitchen supplies. We found some boogie boards, sand toys and two beach chairs in the basement that helped make our beach time a bit more fun. The only bummer for us was that the pool was not open and the kids really wanted to use it. Would recommend!
Everything was terrific except the grill didn't work properly. We tried to grill steaks on NYE only to not be able to get a flame high enough. The grill had propane but did not work properly. Very disappointing with expensive steaks.
We spent 2 amazing weeks here. 9 Silver Moss is a wonderful family home - spacious, clean, located close to beach, great screen porch, beautiful new bathrooms, tastefully decorated ... to list just a few!! We spent most mornings on the porch watching the sun rise and enjoying the wildlife living in the lagoon nearby. I am going to miss that porch and our beach walks every day! Thanks for a memorable vacation.
We loved our stay at 9 Silver Moss Circle! The house was immaculate and even more beautiful and spacious than appeared in the photos. We especially loved the location on the pond, the proximity to the bike bath, and the short walk to the beach. The screened porch is amazing for dining al fresco and listening to the summer night sounds. Sweetgrass Properties had all the logistics and communications down to a tee and everything went very smoothly. We made a minor maintenance call about an outdoor spigot that was leaking and they had it repaired within the hour. It is a fantastic property and we hope to be able to return again soon.
We very much enjoyed our stay at 9 Silver Moss. The house is conveniently located directly next to the bike path that leads to the beach access. It's a quick walk to the beach and even quicker bike ride. The bathrooms are nicely updated and the beds were comfortable. The upstairs loft area was perfect for the kids to hang out and play video games or watch TV. The kitchen is well-stocked. The back porch is relaxing, with fans to keep you cool and a peaceful view of the lagoon. We would definitely stay here again!
Perfect. Bright and open home. Bedrooms and bathrooms spacious and clean. House lay out provides quiet space and space for group game nights. Kitchen had more than expected. Screened in porch usable day and night. Front porch could use permanent chairs and small table. Beach location is a short walk and an easy bike ride. Lagoon view and golf course views are what makes Kiawah special. Garbage and Recycle pick up needs to be better planned. On our Saturday arrival, all cans were full. We had to keep our garbage bags in the house until Monday and the recyclables were overwhelming. Recycle not picked up until Wednesday. Way to much fuss about where to store garbage and recyclables to keep them safe from the wild life and environment. I left a message on Sunday to Sweetgrass, however I never received a call back.
