Beautiful 6BR/6BA Home w/ Resort Style Pool, Cabana Bar, GameRoom & Guest House!

Our family enjoyed the house during Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked and the kids enjoyed the pool, ping pong table and arcade games.

Beautiful, spacious home - ideal for bigger families. All the necessities plus a home feel. We would definitely VRBO it again. Host was very attentive!

We had a great time despite the weather not fully cooperating! The house is in a great location on the island but quiet. Very well equipped, we cooked several meals for large family gatherings. We would definitely stay here again!

This home is an amazing place to spend a memorable time with friends and family. We hosted friends and family for a wedding weekend, and there was nothing we needed that wasn't already there. We took advantage of everything wonderful amenity here, including air playing a slideshow on the pool side TV. Jeff is an amazingly responsive host, and I highly recommend this home as a beautiful place to spend quality time.

What a great family vacation at Kiawah! The house was perfect for our kids and grandkids. Getting to and from the beach was an easy walk, the pool was great and the beds were super comfy - that is not always the case! The kitchen was well outfitted for cooks of all kinds. We were close to lots of great restaurants and stores when the need to explore hit us. All in all a lovely vacation!

Great location. Pool was spectacular. Owner was very quick to respond to questions while on our trip. Space was great for family of 14 (ages 5 - 76). (We put the teenagers in the guest house bc that bathroom is smaller and not as updated or as nice as the other bathrooms. However, if we had wanted to, there was room for all 14 to sleep in the main house.) Great vacation home!

This was a wonderful home for a large family. My children are grown and we are spread out between several states and get together whenever we can. Every summer we rent a large house that can accommodate 3 generations. This home fit the bill beautifully. An easy walk to the beach and an even easier bike ride, the home was wonderful for a beach vacation. The kitchen was fantastic and my children utilized it well to fix some amazing meals. Everything was spic and span when we arrived and the few small issues we had were quickly taken care of when we contacted the host, Jeff. Jeff was always kind and answered questions promptly in the months prior to our arrival. Once we were actually there, the few issues we had were quickly taken care of. In my many years of renting vacation homes a huge asset is a responsive host, and Jeff was definitely that. Thanks for a wonderful week in your gorgeous home where we made so many family memories.

Overall the property was as seen in photos. Lots of space to spread out, great pool, and perfect location to walk to beach and access all of Kiawah’s amenities.

This property was ideally suited for our family, allowing us easy access to golf, the beach and all Kiawah has to offer. Our property manager, Jeffrey, did an outstanding job communicating ahead of and during our visit. We made many fun, family memories during our stay.

My group stayed here for a bachelorette party and could not have enjoyed our stay more! The house is even more gorgeous in person with comfortable, spacious and stylish rooms for everyone. It was nice to be so close to the beach while also having easy access to Charleston. Jeffrey was extremely responsive and helpful!

The property was beautiful and well stocked with everything we could need. We had 17 guests which fit comfortably. It was a short walk to the beach. We would have loved to stay longer!

Great place for family or family reunion. Plenty of space. Great outdoor pool. Easy access to beach.

We had a great time as a family at the pool and beach. The number of bedrooms was perfect for our group. For what we paid, I would expect a much cleaner house than what we rented. We turned over cushions where we could and swept some of the outside areas as we first checked in. Don't look under the cushions in the living room, obviously the cleaning people don't....

The property was located in a very nice area and was extremely peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the communications with the owner.

Great house wonderful pool was a little disappointed at this price point beds were entirely uncomfortable and pool maintenance was non existent heavy sand in pool on check in and never saw pool maintenance the week stay. I ended up using their equipment to vacuum pool myself twice during the week. Would like to have seen an introductory book about the house as is so common in Kiawah telling you what days are trash pick up and the typical details of the property. Great house beds horrible for comfort and clean your own pool besides that can’t beat Kiawah

It was great! So glad we had a pool. Everyone had a good time. The location was easy to get to the beach.
