Further updates were done in January 2022, including a new queen mattress, an interior paint job, updated fans and décor! brbrThings to know prior to booking your stay:br• The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor.br• Full Disclosure: There are small bunk beds built into the hallway – they are loved by children. They're also a great place to use for extra storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”. br• All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen!br• Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying. There are no elevators at the Seas Cabins.br• Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or download an app to pay!br• Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass.br• The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round.br• No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.br• No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. The downfilled sofa and comfy swivel club chairs are perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun - Or you can choose to just hang out on the porch and watch the gulls fly by. brThe large master and private bath with walk in shower also opens onto the porch and those wonderful views. As always, we have dressed the bed in soft 100% cotton sheeting and duvet covers - the softest possible - just in case you spend too much time in the sun.brThe second bedroom has 2 full beds, also dressed in all cotton bedding, and has it's own bathroom with tub/shower combination.
