Have you been searching for an oceanfront condo in Isle of Palms that's just the right size, with all the amenities you could want for a beach vacation Well, you've found it in 335 C Sea Cabin, alovely third-floor condo at the Sea Condominiums, with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. This condo has been recently renovated in January 2021, and includes modern wood-plank style flooring, new appliances and new kitchen, new bathroom vanity, and fresh beach-inspired décor. Further updates were done in January 2022, including a new queen mattress, an interior paint job, updated fans and décor!

Things to know prior to booking your stay:
• The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor.
• Full Disclosure: There are small bunk beds built into the hallway – they are loved by children. They're also a great place to use for extra storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”.
• All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen!
• Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying. There are no elevators at the Seas Cabins.
• Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or download an app to pay!
• Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass.
• The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round.
• No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.
• No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation.
• This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!

Enter the home to find a colorful welcome hallway with two bunk beds built into the side of the wall. A cozy place for the kids to cuddle up, it's a great solution for any group needing extra sleeping accommodations!

Continue and you'll pass the bathroom, which has a beachy shower curtain and sleek new vanity, with pops of summery colors.

The beautiful kitchen was just redone, and features high-quality stainless steel appliances, smooth countertops, and a backsplash that goes perfectly with the tone of the home. An island offers additional counter space and two bar stools, while an adorable compact retro dining set can seat two. Coffee lovers will find a coffee maker for early mornings, and the kitchen itself is fully equipped, allowing you to easily make your own snacks and meals. Pack a picnic lunch to take to the beach or take a break at home during the afternoon for a bite before heading back to the beach. With such a great location, you'll find you can easily get back and forth from the condo to all the top things to do on the Isle!

The living area features a comfortable couch, plush chair, and a large flat screen TV. Kick back and relax with cable access or connect your devices to the Wi-Fi and browse your favorite apps and websites. The TV also has an Amazon Firestick, so you can stream your favorite shows.

Sliding glass doors lead to the ocean-facing balcony, which is furnished with a high-top bistro set. Soak up the ocean views any time of the day or night and enjoy your meals alfresco with a sunset over the Atlantic.

Back inside, you'll find the bedroom, which features a queen-size bed and a beautiful wall, with a surf-inspired comforter that sets the beachy tone for your getaway. With a flat screen TV and ceiling fan, this space is all you could want after a long day of adventures on Isle of Palms!

The Sea Cabins are 490 square feet and share a Community Pool, Laundry Facility in the pool house, and have access to a Private Fishing Pier. Located right on Ocean Blvd, this is a Great Location to be within walking distance to wonderful well-known Local Restaurants, Shopping, and the County Park!

Come enjoy a relaxing stay in a tastefully decorated unit which contains a queen bed in the bedroom, queen pull-out sofa bed and two wall bunks in the hallway that kids love. Two televisions are provided, and the living room has a Firestick so you can access your own Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming accounts. Ceiling fans in bedroom and living area. Wireless Internet is available.

The Sea Cabin Condominiums are comprised of a three building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach. The complex has a large pool and a kiddie pool. Try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests, or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves.

Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, dining, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a 'starter set' of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath and dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

    Dumpster emptying at 6:45 am 2 mornings out of 5 there. No pool umbrellas or shade. Air conditioning not as good in bedroom, NO ELEVATORS to 3rd floor but I knew in advance, but still a negative. Updated unit ok, need more space in bedroom.

    What we liked- We like the location and the access to the beach. Also the private pier was an added bonus. What we didn't like- The screen door was off the tracks and leaning against the patio door when we arrived. Also the roof was leaking water in the bathroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

    This was a very last minute decision to go to the isle of palms. Great little condo. Third floor walk up, but great exercise for all the great food we ate! Balcony looking out to the ocean. Very clean, decorated nicely, tons of tv viewing options and kitchen was well stocked. Bed was very comfy and you can hear the sounds of the ocean from the ivingroom sliding doors. waalking distance to everything! we had brekfast at the Sea Bisquit cafe, lunch at the Dingy and dinner at the boathouse. We also stopped into Harris Teeter and met the manager, nicest guy!! Everyone was very friendly. Will return with our pups to this beach, unfortunately the condo was not dog friendly, but the beach was doggie heaven! Great stay!

    1st, no parking pass in the room, no response ever from host. Great location/view, very nice area. Pool area nice, private peer, HOA staff and maintenance friendly & helpful. Beds really uncomfortable, really only meant for a couple small children. Only 2seats at every table. Refrigerator was set to max, one of our drinks literally exploded.

    Flawless check in and updated condo. Only thing I would suggest is working on the bathroom ceiling and bath tub. There are some soft spots in the tub. However, we would definitely stay here again.

    Space was small but we were only there 2 nights. Kitchen was nice and stocked. Condo overlooks ocean and walk across small parking lot to the beach. Lots of food and shops right across the street.

    We came down for our honeymoon and loved every minute of our stay. The room was amazing with a beautiful view of the ocean. We loved that everything was in walking distance of the room. Will be staying here our next trip to Isle of Palms.

    Great location in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Condo is clean and decorated nicely. The only negative is the bed is extremely uncomfortable, slanting into the middle. We would stay here again if they replaced the mattress.

    Our family typically rents a house on IOP for a week but this year only two of us were going. We searched for a while and found this space. It was perfect for two people. Great location, comfortable bed, good AC, and quiet. Was worried we’d have loud neighbors but that wasn’t the case at all. The only thing I would caution folks on, is that we had large suitcases that wouldn’t fit in the small closets so we had to sit them on the bunk beds that we weren’t utilizing. Great place overall though and will definitely consider again!

    This is a great place to stay on IoP! Close enough to all the restaurants, etc. that you can just walk to everything, and you can’t beat the view/beach access. Having access to the pier is great for watching sun rises and sun sets, too. It’s a small condo, but very comfortable for 2 adults spending a few days.
