Fabulous first floor Oceanfront Mariner's Walk condo with pool access

This condo is pristine! It’s a joy to walk in and be greeted by the ocean. What a view! What an experience….both refreshing and renewing. We love, love, loved the screened back porch. We talked, we read, we wrote in this beautiful outdoor room. Every room is clean, gorgeous and comfortable but the porch is the prize, in our opinion. We are so hopeful to return!

We loved the large beach and spent hours walking. We watched the sunrise each morning, read, played board games, and collected shells. The space was clean with comfortable beds and furniture. Absolutely fantastic!

It was a very nice condo, perfect for our trip with our friends.Some issues with the kitchen sink, the issues were addressed quickly when we first got there, but the same issues came up later in our stay, which made using the kitchen sink difficult.Cushions on the outside chairs etc could use some love. Other than that it was a beautiful stay, would stay again.Host was very kind and helpful.

The hosts were fantastic! Responded quickly! The unit is in need of repairs and update. Dishes and utensils were dirty a lot of the pans and pots were rusted and not usable. Some of the appliances were in bad shape. The location was great and close to the beach. Note: there is only a few local stations on the TV and no basic cable channels.

This place gave me so much peace. The views were the absolute best! Loved walking right out to a boardwalk that guided you right onto the beach.

It was a lovely stay. Everything was clean, well cared, for and inviting!

We loved our stay. Right on the ocean. Many things to do within a short walk or car ride. Lots of R&R and family time! The unit is clean, up to date, has a great covered porch and would stay again if we ever decide to return to IOP!

We traveled in with our two 3 year olds and it was truly the perfect stay on IOP! Close to everything, including easy, private beach access. It is also directly across the street from the pool. It was also a fun surprise to have board games and lots of reading materials. We would stay again and again! Thanks for everything!

Beautiful location

Screen porch was amazing along with quick accessibility to the beach. Stay was very easy and everything was as described. Appreciated the cleanliness as that is the first thing that can negatively impact a vacation. Everything was very comfortable and convenient!

Great 1st floor location. On the beach and close to pool. Perfect for our 1st vacation with 2 month old grandbaby. Will be back!

We had a great stay in the condo. It was an excellent place with all we needed! We loved the beachfront location and the pool! We also loved the screened in back porch. We’d love to come back!

Only one issue. Beds were very poorly made up. The bed sheets were thrown on, not tucked.

We had the best stay! The condo is decorated beautifully. Very comfortable for a family of 4 or two couples. The view is gorgeous. I was worried about it being too hot in July, but the breeze off the beach was amazing. We sat on the screened porch every night. The proximity to the beach and pool made getting outside so convenient!

The condo is clean, comfortable, with an attractive interior, but the back porch overlooking the ocean is where I spent most of my time when I wasn't on the beach. The view is spectacular, and it feels very private for a condo. Occasionally someone will walk past on the boardwalk, but for the most part, it's an unimpeded view of the waves. The location is great because you can zip into Charleston, which we did. We also went to a Riverdogs baseball game and toured Patriot's Point. But the best part for me is the beach. Even at high tide, you have plenty of sand to stretch out in, and it's not crowded. Beth was quick to respond to my inquiries, and we had no problems during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful property, with easy access to the beach. Even though we typically try to spend most of our time on the beach, this property had us sitting on the screened in porch, enjoying the ocean view during our trip.
