Our villa is located in the heart of the most popular location on the island. Walk to shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. Bike rentals just a block away or have them delivered. Our villa has an open floor plan. The first floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, dishes and cooking utensils. Off of the kitchen is the laundry area which includes a full-size washer and dryer. The living room/dining room combination has a large dining table. The living room is tastefully decorated and has a 50” smart screen TV. There is a half bath on the first floor. The second floor has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 single beds and a trundle. The other has a queen and 1 single. These Two bedrooms are equipped with a TV. There is also a full bathroom This bathroom is beautifully decorated and has a soaking tub with shower and glass shower doors. The third floor has a large bedroom with a newly remodeled private bath it features a walking shower., a king-sized bed and 42” TV. We do not supply beach towels. Please bring you own. There are 2 parking spaces. One numbered one not. Parking permits are required. Please refer to the check-in information. 4 beach chairs are available for your use during g your stay. On our beautiful patio we include a charcoal grill for your exclusive use. brPlease, do not bring beach chairs, wagons, bikes, toys, coolers, etc. into the villa. Use the service area for storage.
