Seaside Serenity: Private Balcony, Poolside, Coligny Plaza and Ocean View!

It was a perfect place to stay with an engagement to my surprise! My now Fiance asked me to marry him here and it was just a walk away to the beach! We will never forget the memories made here!

Great location. There for a golf tournament. Condo was very nice and clean.

Good location. Disappointed with no hot tub when it was listed under amenities. Walk-in shower would be better for elderly adults. Room was clean and view was good.

Very nice room(s). The condo had everything we needed and then some.

Very well done upgrades. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the little details, like the start up kit for the kitchen and bath. It was also very nice to have some hangers in the closets. Also loved being able to walk to stores and restaurants, so we did not have to get back in the car after arriving. We also loved seeing the deer and raccoon that visit, near the pool.

We have enjoyed staying at the Breakers for many years because of its prime location at an affordable price. While the units are quaint one bedroom spaces, the grounds and proximity to Coligny cannot be beat. This condo was by far the nicest and well appointed condo on the property we’ve ever experienced! We will definitely stay here again! Everything about this condo was welcoming and thoughtful and even better than the photos! Decor was on point, with well appointed and comfortable furniture that fit the smaller space and provided plenty of storage. Everything was updated and CLEAN ! This unit has a full size kitchen with an oven (few units have them), extra linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, towels), comfortable beds/furniture, beach chairs, cooler, wagon, outdoor table and chairs and several thoughtful extra touches like small labeled bags with starter bath products, soap for kitchen, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and the kitchen towels were tied in a bow and so much more! It’s very apparent these owners are committed to their guests comfort and go above and beyond to provide a wonderful vacation experience!

Short walk to beach and restaurants

This one bedroom condo was perfect for my stay in Hilton Head. It had everything I needed and was so convenient to stores and the beach. The owner was easy to contact.

This property was RIGHT on the beach. Like a two-minute walk, separated by a private gate (the gate was private, not the beach).The process could not have been more straightforward from check-in to check-out. The owners were responsive for the few questions we had. I'd love to stay here every year!

Everything was just as described. The owners were wonderful when we asked questions. The location makes it possible to park your car and explore by bike or foot.

Property was just as advertised. Location was absolutely perfect. So easy to walk to beach, shops and restaurants, tiki bar, and more. Also close to sea pines and harbor town. We had a great stay. Also added perk was that Tim the owner was very responsive !!

Everything about the property was fantastic, easy to get in and out of, spacious parking, location was perfect right next to the beach. Tim was very responsive and answered any questions very quickly. The condo was fully outfitted and I felt like it was a home away from home. Would definitely stay again.

Nice and quiet stay.

My wife and o chose this location due to the close proximity to the beach and shopping. Shopping and eating establishments were literally 30 steps away. A short walk to the beach was also enjoyable. Remember it is a condo, on the first floor. If you have kids above you, like we did, the sounds travels through the floor. Wasn’t unbearable, but was for sure annoying at times. Overall, good small unit to stay in.

Location and condo were great. It had everything we needed with entertainment and restaurants walking distance. Beautiful area.
