1602 Port Villa - South Beach Villa - Tennis/View of Cove

The villa was perfect for our stay! Amazing view, great South Beach location, the unit was clean and very well equipped, and Cheryl (property owner) was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again!

Cheryl’s place has become our home away from home. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. It’s all perfect- the linens, the decor, the set-up, the location, the cleanliness. We can’t wait to come back!

Cheryl's home is absolutely wonderful. It is right by the South Marina - you can walk to anything! We were worried about noise from the marina, but it's so quiet and peaceful at Cheryl's place. She is very communicative and was super helpful with every question we had. Her home is SO well decorated, the beds are extremely comfortable. It was a joy staying there - we would do so again in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved this rental! It was by far the best experience we have had renting a home for vacation. It was clean, well supplied, comfortable, and an absolutely great location with easy access to the beach. We saw dolphins, alligators, a variety of beautiful birds and one night we even saw an armadillo!

The villa was exactly as advertised and was decorated very nicely. Great size for our family of 4. It was cool to see the wildlife in the lagoon out back- we saw a manatee and an alligator. Walk to beach was easy, and the beach cart made it even easier. The shade tent was invaluable. It was nice to be able to walk to the Salty Dog for a drink or meal. Would definitely stay here again. We didn't play tennis or go to the pool this time, but both amenities are very nearby as is the bike rental. The villa was well equipped with dishes and glassware as well. Cheryl was great to work with and gave very clear directions.

My husband and I plus our 11 year old daughter just stayed here for a long weekend to visit family. The location was perfect. Lovely lagoon view from the patio. Plenty of space for a family of 3 with all the amenities you would need for your time in Hilton Head. Everything was updated and clean. We will be back!

We had the most amazing trip to Sea Pines. We have stayed all over the island, and this is hands down the best location and best home we have stayed in. Cheryl has thought of everything you could need to feel at home and has decorated her place with high-end, well designed, beautiful interior decor and furniture. The location is so close to the beach (which is more natural and secluded than any other one in sea pines) and the pool. It’s also a short walk to Salty Dog. We didn’t leave Sea Pines bc this literally is the perfect spot! We saw manatees off the back dock and loved having morning coffee looking over the cove. We saw dolphins daily at the beach. Book now!

We loved our time in Hilton Head! The location was perfect for biking to Harbour Town and a short stroll to dinner, shopping and music at The Salty Dog. The beach was a short walk away and so peaceful! We also enjoyed fishing off the dock in back plus watching all the wild life: herons, dolphin, fish etc.. plus a owl in the big tree out front. We'll be back!

This rental was very nice, and compared to other rental in this area was one of the nicest. The owner was very helpful an easy to work with. I highly refer this rental to others!

My son loved having the dock to go fish from. Salty Dog is our favorite so it’s nice to be able to walk or ride bikes there. The villa had so many beach chairs, toys etc to use. The villa was so cute! We loved staying there.
