BEAUTIFUL UPDATED VILLA IN GREAT LOCATION.

Place was very nice and clean.

Loved sitting on the back private deck in the evening. Riding the bikes to the beach for sunrise. Proximity to all that Palmetto Dunes had to offer. Would definitely stay here again. Pictures on VRBO accurately show the condo. It is a beautiful place.

Beautiful home, beach access was convenient. Shopping and dining were very close.

The condo was exactly as described in listing. Furnished tastefully, clean and fully stocked with necessities. Close to community pools and minutes from beach. The location was perfect and very quiet. A variety of restaurants and shops were minutes away. Would definitely stay here again. The overall space is very generous. Not quite a beach atmosphere but plenty of room. Living room pics not reflective of actual set up and wasn’t very comfortable for lounging. Felt like it wasn’t ours to enjoy. Thermostat set at 75 and it was warm even in spring! Pass wasn’t at gate when we checked in.

Beautiful place. Quite open and airy rooms. Well stocked for week-long stay.

Property was great. Parking can be tricky but we were there at a very busy time. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo in a great quiet location. 20 minute accessible to the beach and Shelter Cove. All amenities were included from cooking, cleaning or just enjoying the day on a great private deck. The only criticism we had is it could use better lighting in the living area, especially over the main sofa. We will be staying there again next year.

Deck and grill badly in need of cleaning (we did spend quite some time cleaning the grill ourselves before using). Villa was very nice but community very outdated and sidewalk concrete entryway is in need of renovation. I twisted my ankle and nearly fell due to low spot just before entry door to villa. Palmetto Dunes charged each of our vehicles 35 tax for 3 nights! Would have been nice to know that in advance since we spent 5 nights in Sea Pines last October for just 8. Hate to sound so negative but we were shocked by the volume of traffic and people everywhere! In prior years our thanksgiving visits were so quiet and not crowded, that’s how we expected it to be this visit. Note to self, don’t go anywhere in HHI during the holidays again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was fully stocked with kitchen necessities, toiletries, and beach items- chairs, toys, etc. The outdoor shower was great after spending time at the beach. The back deck was very large and private. Our only complaint was the washer didn’t seem to get things super clean (bath towels smelled musty even right after washing). Overall we had a wonderful week and will definitely stay here again!

First time staying at Palmetto Dunes and I don't think we'll ever stay anywhere else on HHI. The close pools and dune buggy shuttle service made it where we never needed to leave! This condo has plenty of space and loved it being a ranch and having a backyard space - we got to see deer walking through at dusk on our first night. Well equipped kitchen!

One of best properties we've stayed in! Loved the HGTV updates. Great refuge from the rain. Would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed the property, it was exactly as advertised. We did use the grill, that could definitely use a good clean. Everything else was great !

Clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated/updated decor made for a lovely stay! Great location…easy bike to Shelter Cove for restaurants or activities, even with young kids. Close to beach…dune buggy is the way to go!—Fast and convenient, especially with all the beach supplies in tow. Much appreciated the provided beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys! Overall a great property!

Beautiful condo. Everything was as described. Roomy and comfortable for our family. Short walk to the beach or use the Dunes Buggy.

To start the home is beautiful. The decor and thought behinds items left for families to use while staying were truly appreciated. However, I chose this Villa because I noticed based on previous reviewed families were welcomed. I had disclosed we have two toddlers of which the purpose of this stay was to celebrate my daughter’s 2nd birthday. The host made me feel as if having small kids (toddlers) were at a greater risk for her property to be damaged. I say this only because day two the morning of our stay we were looking for a skillet to prepare breakfast and came across a broken casserole dish. I immediately took pictures and video and reported this to host. She came back with appreciation for letting her know but also felt the need to tell me to be careful

This was a lovely condo and close bike ride to the beach. Very spacious and close to our favorite restaurants! Would stay again.
